Property is good but swimming pool is not working as owner said maintenance work is going on but during our stay no one was seen working for the maintenance otherwise good stay.

Never book in this hotel as there is no service and no cleanliness. Makemytrip should exclude the hotel from there list.

The rooms provided were spacious, but needs maintenance. The faucets were leaky and hard to open properly. Room service was poor, no timely cleaning, no hygiene products kept in room staff was not lacking prompt service. On the app i had booked for early check-in but on the hotel early check-in was denied even though i had called in a day early to confirm about the early check-in.

The hotel was okay, not hygienic, no breakfast included plus they didn't give us water on the second day, said. Only on the first day it is free. The hotel didn't have basic facilities, the charging point didn't work properly, the tap was broken. And it kept smelling too much.

Worst ever rooms can’t describe such a worst place n staff they are not running hotel according to the bookings rooms are dirty bedsheets are like worst they don’t have minimum facilities too

Location was good but place is not hygiene. You can see crocokoges was all over the room. Aminities was not as per per the description.

They have a nice swimming pool, good location, air conditioning and nice service, the rooms are clean and good, nice warm water.

This Hotel has good size rooms, like mini-suites. Extra sofa cum bed can be used by kids. However the owners have not maintained the property well and hence lots of stuff does not work like tv, as, no hand sprays in the toilets. They took our booking with breakfast however their restaurant was closed and hence had to go to another property for the same and they did not serve any great stuff either.

This was a shocking disappointing experience. Its a totally old dusty rundown place. I will try to list a few major cons: 1. No free breakfast. Only a coffee and a toast.   2. No tv. A old box is installed as showpiece. 3. No towels, no toiletries,  no intercom no WiFi, no roomservice. 4. No blankets. Old dirty pillows and rock like bed. 5. Old aircon. Remote useless. 6. Old dusty room and slow fan. 7. Rotting swimming pool 8. Muddy water in all taps. 9. Bathrooms unclean Pros: None Avoid please.

The room is very big for one person and well decorated with well maintained. The food quality and quantity is also good. Front office members are very cooperative and good in nature. I think this is a quite good in south goa. Mobor beach is quite near from it.
