Hotel Monark

I stayed there for 3 nights for business purposes. I stayed at the Super Deluxe room which is quite spacious, has table, sofa, chairs where you can eat. Bed is quite ok. However, the lights were all yellow (except washroom) and I prefer white lights. Food is costly, especially Non-veg items but the quality is very good. There are no buffet breakfast and the options are limited. Washroom is not properly maintained, shower not working, toilet flush stopped working on the 2nd day which they fixed. They can arrange car if you need.

It is a nice Hotel Monark. Location is near to railway station/bus stand and can easily be reached. Rooms were spacious & clean. Hotel staff is very well behaved and polite. Room service is quick. Liked the food served at Hotel Monark so overall it was a good experience. However looking at the city room charges are bit higher side & should be a little less. Rooms do not have minibar & tea/coffee maker, electric kettle etc.

surprised, the accommodation was great. when i come back to firozabad, i stay only in this Hotel Monark. staff was good and service quality was excellent 👌
