Hotel Montana Vista

Only concern we had was no body came to receive us. Since it was our first visit so we didn't know Hotel parking and reception. We were just looking Around wondering what to do. After a while someone came and said few things but still we were confused. Somehow we parked our vehicle and reached reception carrying luggage by ourselves. Than they told us room is still not ready. Check in time was 12 noon and we reached there Around 3 o clock but tomorrow was not ready. We told them please make it fast since we were traveling with baby and we wanted to rest badly but we could not check in. After waiting for almost 45 minutes they gave us Key and told us go to third floor. And no one was there to help us with for our luggage. So my concern is Hotel should take care of these small issues coz its a first impression. Anyway after that we had great time. Hotel is really awesome with lots of area covered with green grass. Children playing area is there. Sports facility awesome. Gym facility amazing. And. The great thing for me was baby swimming pool. My daughter loved it so much.

This very nice property i like room’s and well maintained, we are check in on 22 dc at 11. 59 pm, due to the late night i call to Hotel Montana Vista so many times but no one picking our calls, when we are at property at 11. 59 we are confused bcz 2 entry gate are available we are nicking 30 minutes back side gate and calls so many time but no one help us, at same time sone local people drop me at Hotel Montana Vista, at 12. 30am, when we are entering reception side i just question to reception person, regarding my call but he can not reply us, and he is behaving like govt officer, so i’m very disappointed about Hotel Montana Vista staff, otherwise Hotel Montana Vista is very good

Property is at very good location and easy accessible to bagdogra airport. It is 8 km from airport. Location is very peaceful and has excellent amenities- swimming pool, gym etc. Room are equip with all modern amenities, the only thing missing was hair dryer. Staff is good and very helpful. Food has variety of options indian, chinese & italian. Breakfast spread is also good. Nice place to stay with family specially when you coming after spending time on hills of sikkim and dargelling.

The only reason i booked montana is the facilities for children. They have a fantastic pool. Lawm. Playground. Basketball court n the area has a nice park etc. The rooms are just about average and like every other Hotel Montana Vista needs upkeep after covid. The key cards are ancient n so are the amenities. Or lack thereof. No fridge no hair dryer no iron. Food n rates are good n staff are helpful.

My wife and 3 young children stayed for 2 nights. The room was nice, big enough and clean. The location is great because it's close to the hospital where we had to go and also to the mall. It has a nice gym and a decent playground for the kids. The breakfast is not great but not bad either. And the staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be that the swimming pool was too dirty to be used.

Booked a night stay to attend a family wedding in the Hotel. Great location and surroundings. The view of the lush green lawns is a killer. Also the gym is very spacious. Staff is courteous and excellent service. They were nice to allow an early check in and did call me up on my room to check if I will be having my breakfast

Location of the property is amazing. Just a km away from the city cent-re mall, but in an amazingly peaceful location. Food is pretty decent but costly, breakfast is disappointing. Hygiene and safety standards can always be worked upon. Value for money 3. 5/5 food 3/5 location 5/5

Hotel stay was good same with it's ambience. Located in township due to that a silent atmosphere can be find where you can enjoy piece of mind. Only issue was the room provided has a issue with automatic lock which was not fixed even after reported to the administration.

Very good location, food also very testy. Room rent little bit high compare to other Hotel Montana Vistas in Siliguri. Buffet breakfast good. Bar prices very high. Restaurant food quality excellent n uncommon. Few rooms have clear view of Derjeeling hill.

I stayed 2 nights, due to fog could not see kanchenjunga peaks but amazing stay and peaceful, serene surrounding, courteous staff, clean and neat linen and room. Good selection of food.

If you are visiting with your family then i will 100 recommend it as it has an ample place for your kids to play around especially the slides. It's quite and a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Situated in pollution free area of siliguri, enough of open space all round, good people, good Hotel Montana Vista stuff, and very nice cool, neat and clean stay,

All good except they never serve morning tea on demand. They simply deny.

Very calm and quiet place surrounded by nature's best elements. Awesome rooms, well behaved staffs and excellent breakfast all adds up to the value of the staying in this unique Hotel.
