room was very small and hotel charges was also expensive as I have expected big room as hotel prices

Don't understand how can they price stay here at upwards per night with the kind of service and facilities they offer

Clean and new place - it’s a little difficult to find though. No dental kit available at hotel even at if you are willing to long to pay for it

The hotel administration needs to work on the communication skills of the receptionist. A customer expects a compassionate and humble hotel staff for a comfortable stay.

Property was a bit far from city and was in 3 rd floor in a business center with good ambience but no windows

Rooms are new but noise permeates through corridor. Location is far away from elliebridge or other important landmarks like airport, railway station etc. No eateries closeby. But staff is very polite and helpful. Very clean place and well furnished

Location is very good and easy to find checkin was super fast. Room was clean and bright pretty interior can accommodate 2 persons bathroom is big with geyser. Ac was working good and tv had enough to watch is outside food is allowed. Staff is very helping and polite stayed 4 nights as solo female traveler it was very safe.
