HOTEL MOUNT HEERA

The staff had allotted me initially to a room where the window a/c was noisy and the TV was having a loose connection. As the maintenace crew was trying to repair it walked down to the restaurant, I met the GM of the HOTEL MOUNT HEERA. Mr. Sreenivasan. He was a gem of a person and an ambassador of Indian hospitality. He immediately arranged the food of my choice and re allocated me to a better room. His gesture in not having his food until and unless I get the food of my choice has deeply moved me. From then on, thanks to him, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay in the HOTEL MOUNT HEERA.

AC in the room wasn't working and TV in the room wasn't working. The room was not perfectly clean, sheets had some stains on them. Generally, the property was old and not maintained well. This HOTEL MOUNT HEERA is okay if you are on a budget and have to stay close to the Airport but otherwise, I would not recommend it. I stayed here during a transit to sleep for 6 hours for which it was okay but I would not stay here otherwise.

I am staying last ten years in the same HOTEL MOUNT HEERA. It is near airport, near local railway station (thomas mount). 5 mins walking distance from Alandur metro station. 15 mins drive to T Nagar shopping area (Mambalam). 15 mins drive to big Hanuman Temple in Nanganallur and 10 mins travel to metro Vada Palani Shri Murugan Temple. Excellent service, very good food & complimentary breakfast.

Location is very good and it will take only just 10 minutes to reach International airport, complimentary food is good, rooms are clean and the staff from lower level to top can speak English and Hindi. Especially room service is good. Moreover pick up and drop to and from airport facility is excellent. We can visit this HOTEL MOUNT HEERA with family no doubt about it.

It was good! Room was neat. Front desk was good. Experience was good. Breakfast was very nice but room service was a little delayed. The chef, maybe, thought that I never tasted other cuisines! The salad had some fruits, some veggies and dressed with mayonnaise. Is that all I paid for? Definitely food was not worth the money! Room was good though!

As Hotel Mount Heera hospitality was really satisfactory about the service I liked the way they response immediate action in time. According to location HOTEL MOUNT HEERA is good place for travelling and going around site seeing. Food was tasty. Over all I can say good. Once again next when I visit to Chennai feel to stay in Heera Hotel.

I was here with a friend. The HOTEL MOUNT HEERA was Nice and clean and also the staff were helpful. It is situated very near to the airport and they have this airport transfer thats again an advantage. Malls like Phoenix are nearby and the adjoining area is also good, as it is situated at Mount. It was all throughout a good experience.

Night at 3 am when finally I crushed and hitted the bed after 15 min I got to sit on the bed because of bed bug Horrible. But am thankful for pick up and drop airport service. As it was quite late in the night they have properly sent the car to the airport to pick me up.

Except restaurant all other is very good. Food quality is also good but very slow and poor service in restaurant. Rooms were clean & neat. Pick up & drop facility at airport was also good. Location is the best to travel near the airport.

Good staff and cooperative staff

The HOTEL MOUNT HEERA is nice and near to airport and shopping mall. Friendly front desk service and very quality food in breakfast. Good location and value for money, i am planning to stay again during this summer. Over all experience was good and enjoyed lot, but the room service is average

Quiet good place to stay.. Staff is also cooperative and quick service.. The restaurant is very expensive.. Especially if you are tea or coffee addicted.. Rs. 10 to Rs. 30 Tea coffee will cost you at Rs. 140. Biryani was awesome and Paneer biryani was full of Paneer..

Good for transiting and visiting chennai.

Hotel is in a good place. It was helpful as pickup and drop from Airport was present. The bed sheets were torn. The food was good, but the amount was little costly for the amenities provided in the HOTEL MOUNT HEERA. Hotel cleanliness can be still improved as the tap was leaking.

Front office co-operation is the best and also the response from bell boys are good.

My stay at this HOTEL MOUNT HEERA was not long, but I have a good impression about it. The personnel were very friendly and helpful. Airport pickup and drop in was the best. I would rate this HOTEL MOUNT HEERA as excellent and recommend for those who would like to have a peaceful stay.

It was a pleasant stay. I had stayed only for few hours but everything was good. The location wise it is the besr HOTEL MOUNT HEERA for airport and the main complimentary is their pick and drop. Its really appreciating
