Pros: the property is located in a prime place. Just below Glenarys. Awesome staff. Helpful and very courteous. Geyser properly working. Washroom is spacious. Cons. : No free water bottles. Room cleaning was not done properly. Get your own towels as they are not properly cleaned got washed towels but dirty stains on them. However overall I was happy with the price I paid for the property.

poor cleanliness, staff behaviour is good . They didn't gave us the same room as shown. A very bad smell came from rooms . bedsheet, pillow covers and blankets were dirty . I suggest please carry your own bedsheet

Location is near to chowrasta so you can enjoy evening touch of darjeeling. Well behaved staff. Room was ok as it's situated downstairs but the overall behaviour of staff was very good.

Worst hotel in entire darjeeling. Woolen blankets are never washed and torn. No exhaust system in the room. Windows doesn't open as they are tied with ropes as locks are broken. Outside windows it's a garbage area. Main issue no security for guest. Back door of the hotel is broken and lock is also broken.

Room was below standard water was not flowing taps were not working like from one tap water was flowing from the other it was not. Washroom windows were broken. Had to call the maintenance boy number of times for hot water door locks were not working

TAKING ALL THESE FEEDBACK TO UTMOST PRIORITY, RENOVATION WORK WAS CARRIED ON IN HOTEL WHERE MAINLY THE ISSUES IN THE BATHROOM WITH HOT WATER WAS SOLVED BY REPLACING THE OLD GEYSERS WITH NEW ONE AND AND ALL THE TAPS WERE CHANGE, ALONG WITH ALL THE FITTING AND FIXTURES, DOORS WERE FIXED WITH NEW ONES AND NEW LOCKS, WHICH SOLVES ALL THE PROBLEM CITED FR YOUR NEXT STAY OR ANY OTHER GUEST WHO WISH TO STAY

Dear sir. If you have booked the same room, and stayed then you must know that we have recently renovated all the bathrooms so there is no chance we can agree that bathrooms were not clean as we started those rooms after renovation from 1st April. However we keep this things in our mind and try to improve our services.

We stayed in room no 208, the room was dirty and the mat on the floor was wet, very cold, no help from the hotel despite repeated requests. The geyser did not work. Money wasted.

Sir if you are saying room no 208, then we must tell you that the room is recently renovated and the flooring is all tiles so there's no mat in the room that you are saying is wet, and we have new geysers installed in the bathrooms so how can you also say that the geyser was not working, may be it could have been auto cut due to some reasons, but electrician was called an itinerary was fixed in the evening itself. Still thank you for your feedback we will look into it.

Rooms the room was very dirty, the bed was also very dirty, the bed sheet and blanket was also very dirty and the service was even worse.
