Well, nice Hotel Mount Pleasant location and especially for nice staff. First I would like to say Hotel Mount Pleasant owner Mr. Manish- thank you very much for understanding my situation during my stay in winter room no 2 from 29 Jan to 01 Feb for arranging good room heater for my 1 year baby. Appreciate him for you helping and other staffs like Rembo & Kulden thanks for the both, Rembo is good in making TEA for me and my family. I am sure coming back to same Hotel Mount Pleasant in future. And I recommended for others also to stay in Gangtok, they have good staff to arrange taxi and other things also in you budget.

Value for money. Close to MG Marg, Bus Stop and taxi stand. Very friendly behaviour and help for arranging tours. Stayed with wife for five days 22nd to 27th Oct, 2015. Room and stay was very comfortable. It was like home stay. The owners/ Manager Mr. Maneesh and Mr. Akhilash were always available and provided any additional facility I asked for. I would like to stay again in this Guest House on my next visit. Recommend future visitors.

I like the Hotel Mount Pleasant staff very much, they are always ready 2 serve and solve the problems. Mr Akhilesh, owner of the Hotel Mount Pleasant, is a nice person. He used to touch with all his customers directly and asked them, and always try to give the service better. Also, he arranged transportation for Nathula, Baba mandir etc at a very reasonable price. I and my family really enjoy it. Awesome experience.

We stayed only for one and half day in Mount Pleasant. That was also during Durga Puja festival and the cook was not there. We didn't get the food, which we have hard the specialty of this guest house. But we are lucky that, we tested the food in final day and it was nice. Overall, the Guest house is good and peoples are very cooperative, but located slightly interior.

Hotel is very good & beautiful. Hotel is also near to bus stand. Rooms & toilets are clean & well maintained. Very well behaving Hotel Mount Pleasant staff also. A very good family Hotel Mount Pleasant. It is excellent Hotel Mount Pleasant at budget price in the Gangtok city. I will 100% Recommend this Hotel Mount Pleasant.

The Hotel Mount Pleasant is located in a good location. The interiors are quite good. The manager was friendly in guiding the things around. Our stay was comfortable. The view from the roof top restaurant was beautiful. Its located in development area of Gangtok a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

It was good idea to choose this Hotel Mount Pleasant at Gangtok, Hotel Mount Pleasant location is also very good and all the staff was very helpful. All the places which I would had visited is nearby the Hotel Mount Pleasants. Thank you manager for helping me very well during my stay at Hotel Mount Pleasant.

Everything is fine except the location. Staff are very cooperating. You have to walk a long way to reach the market and loose all your energy to climb the main road and after that you have to walk 10 mins to reach MG Marg. Food taste was great but quantity was very less. Overall, average stay there.

Staffs was very friendly. They gave me super deluxe room instead of delux room as super delux rooms were available. The balcony view was also excellent. I stayed along with parents and family and they also felt very comfortable. Overall it was a very good experience.

We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Mount Pleasant. Service was awesome. Especially food prepared by them was too good. Akhilesh who is there guided us a lot and provided information about sightseeing. My advise is to book super deluxe room which is on ground floor of the Hotel Mount Pleasant.

Pricing of food in its restaurant is quite high.

Just 10 minutes walking distance from MG Marg. Food quality is also good. Staff are also very good and cooperative. Hotel situated at development area near Seema Suraksha Bal HQ. You can get many travel agencies for Yumthang and Nathula with reasonable rate.

Hotel is well kept and nice. Location and surroundings are good. Some delay in food serving. Staff good and polite. Rooms spacious with clean bathrooms. Ambience good. We loved the stay and would like to come back.

It is obviously a very nice place to stay. Rooms and services are very satisfactory. Although location is somewhat far from market that make the environment clam also. They have a restaurant which has huge price. Altogether nice stay.

The location was good, The Room was good, Service, Facilities was good. The food and cleanliness also good. Overall Hotel Mount Pleasant is good and value for money. I have stay for this Hotel Mount Pleasant 2N/3D on Nov month, 2016.

Thank youn Make my trip. Advising this Hotel Mount Pleasant to all backpackers ... This Hotel Mount Pleasant have all sort of information and facilities what you really want .. There library and room is really awesome. More over they provide 15 bottles of free mineral water to us.

Excellent service offered by Hotel Mount Pleasant owners Mr. Manish & Mr. Prasad. Staff is very courteous and prompt. All of them took care of everything! Though location is not very near to MG Road and need to take taxi.

Room is good. Staffs are too good and very much co-operative. Very good stay. Strongly recommended.

Hotel good, need and clean, but this Hotel Mount Pleasant properly not Mg road.
