It was okay. Hotel has advantage of nearest to the railway station. Rooms are very narrow but good for a small family.

It was a very bad experience. I had booked it in advance from Italy, and what they told me while booking was not what happened when I actually went there. The experience was really terrible.

Experience was average not up to the mark but yes I will definitely suggest they need to improve their staff service quality. Also hygiene is important where it is not up to mark in Morya Residency

Though hotel is just outside the station, room had many cockroaches and the passage had an unpleasant smell. Pillows had fungal marks on them and the pillow cover was worn out. On the 2nd day of stay, I had to pay Rs.35/- for a water bottle which normally would cost Rs.15.00 or 20.00 outside.

I forgot my dress in cupboard, but never call me by residency. After 1.5 hours check out, I called to residency and told me that we will check & call you letter, but not a single call I received from residency. Service is poor.

TV is not working, bathroom not clean & There was a strong bad smell coming from the blanket. hygiene is not maintained

not at all suitable for business class. crowded and lots of liquor and alcohol bars around, very tiny rooms. Only advantage is adjacent to railway station.

The room size was too small, may be it is too common in mumbai, but yeh the place was maintained well, but there was a bar at the entrance which might make family visitors bit uncomfortable to be there, rest everything looked fine, the room service was nice during the complimentary breakfast. 1) Room wasn't ready at the time of check in. booking done 1 hr 30min before check-in. 2) Ordered mashroom rice they gave Manchurian rice. 3) service is not quick you need to call multiple times if you need something. I waited 1 hour to receive complimentary water bottles. 4) no water pressure for shower.

First of all alloted room not as seen in photo even bedsheets not hygienic and they had bad logic for online booking so they are not provide any invoice. request so many times for it.not provided any basic bathroom kit like shop or shower gel. Quality not justifying it's price.

Excellent stay! The hotel's location near Thane Railway Station was super convenient. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend! 4.5/5 stars.

location was great amenities were kind of averages but bed was not that great and services overall were fine.

Overall Stay was good only thing which i felt as an issue was the room floor were leaking water other than that a decent stay
