Since the start door lock is not working. After calling one of the receptionist he helped. After coming back it got locked again and we had to wait for hours to get it opened. Horrible experience

location clean,but still front the hotel entrance from outside should be cleaned on daily basis.(house keeping department food,we hd brekfast,but not that good for that price we paid, better can have at outside restaurant, atlas it once choice of taste. amenities -Good service -Good Best thing is rooms r good andclean . price for the brekfast we had was not worth. worst experience was,like some guest parked the car infront of our car and front office(female )was unaware as of which guest car it was, looks like no proper handover from night front office on dutyor security.i hv worked in hotel industry 14 yrs n we know proper interaction should b there among co workers to run smoothly.I hd official appointment at frro,apprx half an hour they doing inquiry of that car,at last they got it. one front office guy was very humble n polite( i interacted only,on phone.with him, we reached hotel around 4 am ,hardly we got sleep due to disturbance of plane noise since airport is closed by.

The hotel was not clean not even a good service they are providing unwashed mug and plates in the room the bathroom is so terrible, i was sick in the morning and i asked to serve me the breakfast in my room and they are not serving me breakfast in the room and they are telling me that breakfast is available in boffe pls go and have from there i told them im sick but they are not even bothering that such a horrible experience

I had booked a Suit Room and stayed on the 7th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the bathroom was disappointing — there were a lot of mosquitoes, and the fittings were in poor condition with multiple leakages. The restaurant facilities were also below expectations. It is located on the 3rd floor, and unfortunately, the AC was not working, which made the dining experience uncomfortable. Moreover, the restaurant menu was very limited — no soups, starters, or variety. They served only sabzi, roti, and papad. Overall, the management needs serious improvement in terms of hospitality and basic amenities. I hope they address these issues for the comfort of future guests. At present, I would not recommend this place.

Disappointed, pathetic. Need to improve checkin, checkout process.

Checkin process is lengthy. First id, then they will ask to enter your details in register and then will ask you to wait for 15-20 minutes as they will make entry in computer, print form and then ask you again after 20 minutes to enter address mob, sign in the printed forms. Haven’t seen this anywhere else in India. Then Room has only 1 towel. Very basic hotel. The bathroom exhaust is louder than the planes engine. They keep a tray with paid items. When we checked out in morning, no one at reception. Was asked by security guard to wait. Our cab is standing at the hotel, we were rushing to catch morning flight. After, 10 minutes someone will come then they will check if you have used any paid items in the room. Frustrating experience. Then after 5 minutes another person comes at reception and then we are good to go. This is when we are travelling with family of 2 adults, 1 child 10 yrs and 1 infant 1 yr old. Treatment is like as if you have stolen their paid items in the room and you need to wait till someone comes and verifies nothing is missing. Pathetic. It is better to keep the paid items at reception in this case. Try to give customers a better experience and stay. Will not stay again or recommend to people with family, and do not book cab to airport unless their checkout and room verification is done. Else you might miss the flight or the waiting cab charges that you have booked.

Excellent location . Juhubeach is just 100m away. Hotel room was excellent with all facilities which were mentioned during booking. Service staff was well behaved . Every Service call was attended within 5 mins. Vegetable Khidri was awesome. Best value for money
