The stay spot is at the perfect location with a 2min walkable distance to the beach, many restaurants with a variety of cosmopolitan cuisines and to many market shops. we loved the staff and the Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach it was well maintained. we have extended an extra day after staying for 2 days at this as we good could get the best of palolem and with a bike rent of ₹400 per day we could roam many beaches like Patnem, cola and agonda easily. Cons: 1. They don't have a kitchen so we ate outside the Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach. though it will be an extra expense in your pocket, we found that this way could explore the places nearby and tried varied cuisines and Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beachs like Rumba for breakfast, nearis opposite to rumba for vegan food and kanvas for burgers also in Patnem beach om shanti restaurant with beach view. 2. No TV if you're expecting it. At least right now during the off-season.

We had an excellent stay in this Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach. It's just one minute walk from the beach and the Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach is in the main market of palolem which is very safe. Staffs are very helpful. We got commentary welcome drink and two water bottles were provided everyday. The Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach room was clean and spacious with the amenities like wardrobe, fridge, chairs, table etc. Balcony was awesome. Bathroom was clean and spacious. I will surely recommend this Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach. It's one of the best place to stay in palolem specially if you are traveling with family.

Such an amazing place with a very warm and nice ambience. The property looks exactly as shown in the pics. Its just a 3 mins walk to palolem beach. There are many nice places to eat and shop right outside the gate. The staff is extremely well behaved and warm. We were offered 4 beer bottles as complimentary drink. Something that we haven't seen any Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beachs. Every small gesture makes you feel special and makes you want to extend your stay here. Highly recommended!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach. Everything about the Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Thank you makemytrip. It was a great stay. There are some suggestions which are- the wifi network is not available in the rooms. My mobile network was not proper. So i had to sit out of the room for the connection. If there was a restaurant in the Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach itself it would be so nice. We had to go out in search of restaurant. But there are many restaurants available. The service is good as they were available at many times we needed.

Sanitizer kept everywhere, though temperature check was not done and it wasn't necessary. Ambiance was clean. Location is extremely good, beach was just 250-300 m from Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach. All restaurants are nearby with good quality of food. Food was not provided in the Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach. Other services was satisfactory. Housekeeping staff was polite and helpful. They help us for bike rent and boating with comfortable rates.

Hotel is located at a suitable place and in the market just 100 meters away from the beach. Rooms are quite good however we faced issue on the first day with AC not working however got resolved when escalated to MMT. The staff is courteous and on toes for giving good service.

Place is little far from Beach and rooms were little small. Less options in menu for lunch and dinner. Food quality is not up to mark. Better to go out for food.
