Hotel My Soulmate - Palolem Beach

My overall experience with the hotel is excellent....The stay was within our budget and location was too good. The amenities provided by the property were highly satisfactory. The beach market was just around the property and we didn't have to walk too far for good food and shopping experience. All the members of our group are genuinely satisfied with the behaviour of the staffs. I highly recommend this place to other travellers.

Property location finding on mmt app. as per our opinion the property was okk but maintenance and service is poor. The owner can't take care and can't provide proper service. there are many maintenance issues and no professional guys working there except I e lady receptionist. amenities and services are poor.

The location near Palolem is perfect and convenient. But the washroom was really small, and there were frequent power cutouts which got a bit annoying. Okay for a short stay if you’re not too picky.

The hotel is great, friendly staff and easy check in. The property was well maintained. The complimentary drinks provided were a great surprise. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the beach nearby, and there are a lot of good restaurants and shops around the hotel.

This property is excellent, just a short walk from Palolem Beach. The staff were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space after a day in the sun. I particularly enjoyed the balcony view Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable beach vacation.

Location: The hotel cum resort is situated just 500 meters away from the beautiful Palolem beach in South Goa. Also the main Palolem road, goes just just in front of the resort. If you are going by the road, from Canacona crossing of NH66 take the turn, go by the road, for 4kms, you will reach the resort. From Madgaon railway station is just 22 kms away from here. Or if you are travelling by air, from dabolim airport it is 61 kms away, from MOPA airport it is 97 kms away. You will get the option of cabs from Goa miles app to reach here from airport or railway station. The facilities available: The resort is having ample parking space in front, and 2 floors are available in the resort. Kindly note there are no swimming pool present here, the rooms are little bit shabby and little more maintenance required. A common balcony present in the 1st floor. Food options: There are no restaurants present in the resort. The complementary breakfast for the tourists are served by the banyan tree cafe with which they have a tie up. The 'complementary breakfast' is not up to the mark , and you have to wait for the same a lot to get the breakfast served. My suggestion is try the foods in the Singh Family restaurant just in front of the resort, which tastes fabulous. Service and staffs: The service of the staffs are good, but they charge you even if you make a little bit of stains of food in bedsheet or towel and they will charge 1000/- for the same. This can be little bit changed. Nearby tourist attractions: Palolem beach is 0.5kms away. Cape de goa beach is 8.5kms away and well connected by road Cola beach is 6kms away. Butterfly beach is 8kms away. Leopard valley is 6kms away.

Hotel my soulemate is very good for stay and near to palolem beach. Caretakers of this property is nice and surroundings of this area is nice. Awesome experience.

Pathetic customer service, no respect for guests, my car was all covered with pigeon shit and had to wash myself (no help provided there as well. Big cockroaches in room. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. It's a torture.
