Just give it a try and call them once for an inquiry and see how they talk with so much care affection and responsibility. i switched to naaz executive Hotel Naaz Executive and it turned out to be the best choice i made regarding my travel plan. Highlights about naaz: - super clean rooms. Their deluxe room is superb and is exactly as it is like shown in pics. - toilet is the best part. Clean with modern commode system of kohler brand, modern wash basin, shower and soap shampoos for use. - room service, reception and response from their staff is beyond excellence. - well mannered staff. No one will ask you for any tips or extra money as service charge. - they also offer a surprise visit to a nearby view point from where you can see the entire runway of chatrapati shivaji maharaj international airport. This is the only view point in mumbai and at 2 mins walking distance from Hotel Naaz Executive naaz. - from the terrace of Hotel Naaz Executive naaz executive, you will see flights just above your head in the closest possible view. - they also help finding cab and taxi for airport departure. - they also give you wake up call if your flight is in midnight. - their resteraunt is 50 years old and provides room service.

I stayed during 3-4-5 nova 2022 (2 nights. Room: the room was clean and well furnished. There was a sofa, chairs, tea table, ac, fan, safe vault, hot water kettle, complementary water bottles, and other basic amenities were there in the room. Iron provided on a call basis. Bathroom: modern bathroom with all the toiletries were present. Just a suggestion to the owner: it will be nice if glass or at least curtain is placed in the shower area. Food and restaurant: buffet breakfast was served. The menu was as under : boiled egg, fresh juice, a loo paratha, pan cake/idly, shamvar, dahi, veg sandwich, large size bread with jam and butter, 3 types of fresh fruits, coffee/tea, cornflakes-milk. Food was delicious and hygiene. Customer service: excellent customer service. Best customer service till date that i have experienced. The staffs were very kind and helpful. Location: the location is within 2 km from international airport, and 1. 5 km from saki naka metro station. Also the Hotel Naaz Executive is next to ml a house so that the area is quite and secured in terms of safety. Overall: best value Hotel Naaz Executive and definitely recommended.

I've been searching for a neat family Hotel Naaz Executive for my vacation trip. After days of research & reading reviews I found this one. And after reaching there receiving their hospitality I'm fully satisfied and there is no point there which I regret my decision to choose this Hotel Naaz Executive. We booked 2 rooms and check-in time was 12pm. But our flight got rescheduled and we reached the Hotel Naaz Executive by 8am. Even though they gave us one room and it was a blessing so that we can refresh and store our luggage safe and explore. Since we are 1st in Mumbai and to make our trip memorable they exempted the early check-in fee. And during checkout they gifted us mineralised water bottles for the rest of the day and chocolate for our child, which was nice 😍 Overall the stay was nice and I never experienced this much hospitality before. The only problem I noticed is that the area in which the Hotel Naaz Executive is located is a bit messy but the Hotel Naaz Executive was super clean.

On my recent visit to mumbai, i stayed at Hotel Naaz Executive naaz. This is a budget friendly and well-maintained property. Standard rooms are spacious and well equipped for a comfortable stay. It is conveniently located close to mumbai international airport and lokmanya tilak railway station and very well connected with city transport system. They have wi-fi, in-room dining and a restaurant nearby. Quality of food was good and fresh, it also included american style breakfast. Most importantly the front desk staff left a lasting impression, they have been very courteous, helpful and extended exceptional support during my stay and even added complimentary breakfast. In present time witnessing such experience is rare. On the day of check out i was struggling to find an uber ride, they immediately took note of the situation and helped with an alternate arrangement. I would like to thank for the pleasant experience and would encourage them to keep maintaining and enhancing the high standard.

Location was near airport but in a very congested area with lot of industrial and construction work going on in the vicinity with heavy traffic. Otherwise decent Hotel Naaz Executive with highly courteous and cooperative staffs. Rooms are bit small but very well maintained, neat and clean with standard accessories. Washroom is clean but no separate shower enclosure is available so entire floor gets wet but exhaust is working well and dries up the floor within hours. Lack of elevator and proper lounge area are drawbacks but the staffs try to overcome these with their helpful attitude. Food is good but you have to walk for around 100m in the street to reach their restaurant for buffet breakfast due to lack of in house dining area. Room service is however available.

Very courteous, polite and helpful staff. I have never ever seen Hotel Naaz Executive staff like here, always ready to help and take care of our comfort with a smile. The room was very clean, organised and provided all the things required. Everything was very good. They gave us complementary breakfast. It's completely safe for females. Rooms, amenities, staff and all the facilities, it's a 4 star Hotel Naaz Executive not 3. It's near the airport but the location is not very good due to traffic concerns. If location doesn't matter for someone then best and worth staying here. I surely recommend this Hotel Naaz Executive and request the Hotel Naaz Executive to please maintain their service. Thank you for making our stay so comforting.

1. The rooms are as per the image shown in their sites and they are very clean 2. Cctv camera available in all floors, it's secure enough 3. Reception, management and room service people are very kind in their speech and behavior 4. The location might look older, but the place is safe for staying 5. Naaz restaurant is walk able from Hotel Naaz Executive room, have tried dinner and the taste is good. We have few other mid range restaurants as well nearby 8. best place if you are travel-ling to Mumbai for us visa purpose. Negative: no lift service as building structure doesn't allow space for it. Other than that, no other negative we can point out. Thank you

I have stayed in all kinds of Hotel Naaz Executives from normal lodges to taj etc but this Hotel Naaz Executive has surprised me.. i booked the Hotel Naaz Executive looking at its rating.. it was one of the best rated Hotel Naaz Executive.. From checkin to checkout.. everything was smooth.. I now understand why it is the best rated Hotel Naaz Executive in this price range.. hope the standards remain the same.. But yes, the locality where it is located can be a bit of bothersome for few, other than it, everything was just perfect. A special mention to their restaurant.. Delicious… Just give a try when staying here..

Good property and a very good reception+housekeeping staffs (specially nadeem ji and nazia ji) although the location is bit compromised for families but u all definitely enjoy the stay.

At Hotel Naaz Executive naaz executive my experience was really delightful. They have a great staff at the reception who is always willing assistance you with anything asper your convenience. Location of the Hotel Naaz Executive is very strategic to commute between western and central mumbai. I was impressed with the room spacing cleanness and amenities they provide which is equavilant to a five start Hotel Naaz Executive standard. I my family had a comfortable stay will always come back in the future and recommend them. Thankyou all keep up the good work.
