Hotel Nakshatra

The room was okay except that the corporate room given to me was located next to a huge building that blocked the view and so there was no natural sunlight in the room and no view of the beautiful beltola areas from the wide window except the massive ugly buildimg standing next to the window. I enquired to the Hotel Nakshatra boy who cane to my room if it can be changed to the other side but he told me that the opposite rooms are double bedded rooms & cannot be changed. Thus i stayed 2 nights in that stuffy & no view room without natural sunlights & left the Hotel Nakshatra.

Great location. Awesome front-desk staff! tariff is high, (even that feels a bit high for what we get. Front rooms are better with open views. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Small issues like dark bathroom, missing shower pin, chipped tile / unshined fixtures, clothes hooks. With a bit more attention, this will be a great Hotel Nakshatra, with clean / central location. Bar staff needs to be more customer-friendly and not nickel and dime on giving an extra onion / lemon. Restaurant staff was very good. Open windows in common areas to refresh and eliminate odour.

Hotel is good but breakfast quality needs to improve hygiene need to improve i my self witness the insects on breads on breakfast table also in my room and lobby area i see regular cockroache present on 1st day i complain about this for room but i think they have not done any treatment also if they have any function in restaurants they are not serving room guest in restaurants i personally didn't like that. Even in bar once they told me that will serve in room at 9. 45 pm telling thay bar will be close by 10 pm. It is not professional way.

The picture that you see on their website is absolutely authentic. The staff are very courteous and are always on their toes to provide the best service to customers. Duty manager Ms. Rashmiji deserve a special mention for making our visit comfortable and her lovely n precious smile make my tour Very comfortable . Her lovely smile make my heart to visit Guvahati again n again.

Great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Hotel Nakshatra. Everything about the Hotel Nakshatra was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel is clean and has got good interiors with proper quality of furniture n fixtures. Food quality is good. Pricing is little high. Room service is not upto the mark. I ordered for a chicken sandwich in the breakfast and it took more than an hour to be delivered. I have given this in feedback form of Hotel Nakshatra as well. This is thr area of improvement. Otherwise Hotel Nakshatra is good and worthy to be stayed.

Hotel located in a good location. Polite & courteous staff. Only the reception people can smile a bit. Room was good as per price offered. The management can look into the entertainment provided in the rooms though. The television sets are historical.

Homely atmosphere. Nice ambiance. I got very good clean room and beds. Very decent staff available round the clock for service. Connectivity is very good for all the places in guwahati. Market area is nearby. Safe and secure for everyone.

Courteous staff, upgraded my room, very clean, nice service. Highly recommanded. There is ample of parking space. Reception, room service and house keeping all were exceptional

Overall it was good, clean. I was satisfied with the stay. The Hotel Nakshatra staffs were cooperative & very responsive.

All are excellent- front desk behaviour, room, food, parking, outside view, service boy all are excellent.

Reasonably good stay, but quality of food needs to be improved

Good location. Room lights are a bit low and needs improvement. Service was good and the behaviour of the staff is very appreciable.

Value for money-i stayed just for night- it was just fine. Not very clean but good at this price. Found on makemytrip

The location of the property is good and the Hotel Nakshatra is easily accessible from all over the city of guwahati. The food is delicious and the service provided in top notch.

Location breakfast safety are good. Room and bathroom should have to be more sophisticated as per room rate
