Hotel Nakshatra

1. Please change it to 1. 1. I had an incredibly bad experience at this Hotel Nakshatra. As a solo woman traveling to guwahati for a friend’s wedding, i was shocked by the lack of safety and professionalism. As soon as i plugged in my laptop, the adapter sparked, burst, and caught fire. Alarmed, i immediately called room service to report the fire, but they directed me to housekeeping. When i tried calling housekeeping, no one picked up. Desperate, i contacted reception, and after being transferred to another call, an electrician finally arrived. This was a serious fire hazard that could have led to a major incident, yet the response was unacceptably slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to my safety. To make matters worse, when i complained about the issue, the staff blamed me, claiming it was all my fault. I requested a different room, but they refused to guarantee one. As i left the room, one of the staff made a derogatory comment, calling me a “problematic woman. ” such unprofessional behavior is absolutely unacceptable. This Hotel Nakshatra is unsafe, and the staff is rude and dismissive. No matter how reasonable the price may seem, do not stay here. Your safety and dignity are not worth the

Hotel was good, only had problems with the room service, they were not cooperative at all. As i have ordered chicken tikka and fish tikka and within the next 5 minutes i asked them to change those orders, they simply refused to do so, and this was not acceptable from a Hotel Nakshatra of that standards.

This is not my first time stay. So it means i appreciates the services. I was upgraded with no extra charge. The staff were very helpful, and this time around i needed a little extra help as it was a stay for medical treatment. I would recommend this Hotel Nakshatra to a friend.

Great stay. Good location as it was nearby all the major places that i wanted to visit. Breakfast was not really good. It was alright. The staff at the restaurant was also great. Overall it was an excellent and great stay

The check in process was very smooth and short, the Hotel Nakshatra premises were fully air-conditioned and the staff were very helpful overall it was a nice experience to staying in Hotel Nakshatra nakshatra

Location wise very good… food was very good… if u r travelling by bus easily found… amenities everything u can found .. overall it was nice stay

It's at the centre of the guwahati city. The food is good and services too. The staff are cordially and Hotel Nakshatra clean.

Couple friendly Hotel Nakshatra staffs are very good. You can easily find bus taxi cab auto food delicious. Nice stay very good
