The food seemed hygienically prepared and served. Concierge staff was okay. Reception staff needs to be more enterprising and forthcoming in handling check-in and check-out formalities and also while making casual conversations with guests. Smile and courtesy are the key skills, everyone needs to be hard trained on. Inside rooms, the existing toiletries play down the image of the Hotel Naman Heights , something a little more exquisite can be thought of instead of the cheap shampoo and shower gel crappy plastic bottles. Room seems to be pretty clean. Although i could not notice any distinct sanitization smell and overall stay was comfortable. Toilets lack a powerful exhaust system and sometime stink pungent. Overall nice experience excluding above mentioned points location: private autos charge around 100 rupees to drop you here. Food: we tried only breakfast here and it was good. Chhoole bhature were exceptionally good here. Service: neat and timely service. Room service was quick enough to recieve calls and deliver the stuff we ordered.

Located in the heart of the city, this property is walking distance from the balaji temple, close vicinity of the danteshwari temple and mid way between the chitrakote and tirathgarh waterfalls. Staff is courteous and cooperative and any issues arising during your stay is complied with on priority. Highly recommended choice for travelers visiting this area

The rooms were neat and clean and spacious. It was worth the price for the rooms. On the other hand the food was not upto the mark. The quality of the food was not good in some dishes there was too much salt in others there was none. Other than that the staff was very polite and helpful, so i would say my overall stay was quite pleasant.

We recommend to please top up the shampoo inside bathroom every day. Shampoo was provided only on 1st day only. Also please get a signature on receipt/orders after having any food or having dinner in restaurant, so both will be insured over the final invoice during the checkout and any dispute can be avoided over food orders.

Love how the staff treated us, evrybdy were so cheerful and helpful. Food was d best vegetarian food i tried in jagdalpur. Only issue i felt was ther wer mosquitoes in my room at night hygiene of d rooms is good. Daily cleaned location is also good. Easy to find. U get autos all the time for a minimal cost to go anywhere

View is good but mattress should be softer one, need to really work on food.
The was well maintained but breakfast buffet is not up to the mark.

Overall Hotel Naman Heights is good on all fronts. However there is always scope for further improvement by value additions

The interiors are ultra modern and premises clean. You may find it a bit tricky to find this from the main Road as they've not put a board on the Road. Staff is courteous and helpful. All in all, value for money.

Overall it's good experience at the Hotel. However, I suggest to add few more items in the buffet breakfast like Juices, other items etc. Further lunch is not available.
