Everything is good but our room was on 3 rd floor without lift and on first day in ladakh very difficult to survive

Very convenient location, about 10 mins walk from Leh Market. The staff is very helpful. Special mention about Mr Kuljeet at front office. Best thing I liked about the hotel is it's gardens. Gardens and rooftop is full of flowers

Good Location, Polite Staff & comfortable Stay. Hotel was newly renovated. It has a great scenic venue. It’s. Just 700m from Main Market. Most of the food joints are in close vicinity. Recommended to Stay 👍

Fantastic Stay with Great Views and Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Leh. The property offers beautiful views of the surrounding mountains, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from the main market, which made exploring the town very convenient. The food was delicious and offered a good variety, and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, and we had access to hot water at all times, which was a big plus in the cold weather. One suggestion for improvement would be the addition of a lift, as climbing stairs at high altitude can be challenging for some guests. That said, everything else was fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and memorable stay in Leh.

Property is walkable from Leh main market with many eateries & local shops nearby. Their resturant have good food and adaptations to your request. Hotel manager Kuljeet Singh also helped plan my itinerary and car booking. Saty was wonderful and I recommend this hotel to all the people.

Good but heating system not satisfied we stay 2 ngts without heating system

Staff was not helpful. Anything you ask for they won't have which are basic requirements like shaving kit. There were no fans in room and a lot of mosquitos. They said its ok sir they won't bite. After some arguments we requested a table fan late night which they again said they don't have.
