Hotel Natraj International

Towels were dirty and smelled, plates were dirty, and the room was not up to the mark. Mattresses were very hard to sleep.

Describing the fact-- never stayed at this property before but have changed my mind now, The staff, The manager and everyone was so polite with us, been through a phases where our car failed to start so they helped us and maybe we stayed here for a reason we didn’t knew about---hats off to the service and ambition they have put to words the service and everything.

Hi there The hotel had decent staff but due to the old building there was water seepage and weird smell in rooms. Beds were not so good. Food was good and service also was good. Its not comfortable to stay in rooms with taht water ligging smell

Bathroom was too smelly and room was very unhygienic................pillows on bed was smelly.......

Not good....room cleaning is not upto date......food services to room is very late.....kitchen open at 8 A.M...that is also very irritating.....not going to book .....sorry but it's very bad experience...🙏

Valley view from executive room is fabulous. Service is also fine. Rooms are big in size. Excellent Hospitality.

Worst food service, food quality very poor. Tried to inform several time to hotel staff but they have no flexibility to listen to guest escalation. I will not recommend such hotel.we hafiz stomach upset cause poor food quality.

We ( family of 4 including 2 kids) stayed at the hotel natraj international in feb'25. The location of the hotel is quite good, just opposite to nag temple, and rooms have a wonderful valley view. The rooms are spacious and room service is good. Staff was also quite helpful. Food was also good. There is electricity cut from electricity board, that time you would not get room heater facility while other electricity points works.
