Stupid Manager, I was booked for 2 nights & he said there are no bookings. Draing system is not good. There was no breakfast at the hotel Cleanness is good. Not recommended for good lifestyle customers.

very bad hotel stay in Delhi

very bad hotel for below reasons: 1) room window had no grill and there was a balcony outside from where anyone could climb and come inside the room. I had to tie a dupatta to hold handle between this window and another one. 2) breakfast has only three options and that too not tasty - aloo paratha, omlette and veg sandwich. 3) the hotel arranged a cab without AC and charged full 600 in advance for the airport and kept lying that it's an AC cab and the driver was rude.... as expected in Delhi

for first day, they ask to stay another worst hotel ,due to room unavailable. since I have booked in advance they didn't keep for customer. there is no drinking water , and breakfast also very limited, only 3 item since im not no veger they offering bread omlet.

Hotel natraj didn't offer me room when i reached for check in. I was kept in another hotel which was terrible. No hot water in bathroom. No water to drink. The room was uncomfortable and dirty. I will think twice next time to book room through makemytrip. Makemytrip must refund my money asap. Thanking you

Room size was small and interior of room need to upgrade. All the stuffs was as old age. Towels was not good. They use to give very small soaps for hand wash and bath which is outdated these days. Only two charging points in the room and 1 is not working. Floor and marble on the floor was cracked.

Nice hotel with good staff but i have book double delux room and got single bed room. I have inform to hotel manager twice but not satisfying with cooperation. Facility and locations are good. On last day during check out, i have inform him to provide total bill as i have paid but does n cooperate for same. Anyways its only for 3days matter and complete further as a customer i have to make sure for my requirements.
