services very slow, dirty rooms, bed sheets and blankets dirty and unhygienic, bathroom tabs also need repair

1. Unhygienic, not have the room freshener, 2. They have changed for a water bottle as mine was corporate Booking 3.Not having the proper light is room

Room including bathroom, bed, table all are unhygienic and dirty. Food quality bad. Other hotels provide better facilities in same rate.

It was a great experience staying at this hotel! specially the behavior of hotel staff was awesome and room was clean.

The rooms are not very clean, although the room service do the cleaning everyday. The washroom floor is very slippery and we need to be extra careful. Mosquitoes are there and the goodknight provided was not adequate, we need to buy one more to cover the room properly. The towels provided were washed however, lots of strain were there and did not find it very usable. No locker system in the room to keep our valuable item, while going out. The staffs are very helpful and food was also above average. Overall experience was average, one big advantage was it’s location and availability of transportation within walking range.

Room was allotted without cleaning: 1. Towel was wet 2. Pillow was dirty 3. Parking was unavailable due to this i have parked in the nagar nigam parking to spent 320 rupees. 4. Water bottle was unavailable, it was provided in the next morning after 8 am. 5. Apart from bath soap nothing were available in the hotel. Overall worst experience ever. It is a waste of money only.

Hotel is nice and comfy. Staffs are very well behaved and polite. In house catering facility is available

No parking space, no cleanness everywhere renovation work going on. No towel, no shop, no blanket. Room space is good. Food is good.

Some lights were not working properly but they are manageable room was nice bathroom was clean towel were not provided overall experience was good

Poor selection. No breakfast provided but you will be charged for breakfast included with the room. If you insist they will provide you 2 slices of bread. & peanut size room but displayed as suite in makemytrip charged heavily. Better to go with other hotels but definitely not this one.

Booked the property after seeing comments of mm t as best hotel in darbhanga. One of the worst properties i have ever stayed. No restaurant, no toiletries expect a small soap, rooms upkeep very poor and overall behaviour of feudalistic nature. Shall never book my stay in future through mmt.

Hotel charge is very high in comparison with room and other facilities. This type of room is maximum charge upto 1000- not more than that. Not recommended to someone to expenses rs. 2500 for this type of room.

Slow staff, no response, no towel, and no water. The rooms are also dirty, and there is no hot water direct line

Receptionist is very rude in behavior on night not opened gate very rude behavior room service is not support able at all even not giving the baby feeding milk. Also start arguing when demand for water. Very weird behavior while cleaning the room.

Poor hygiene. Bathroom tr aps were dipping. Dirty bedsheet. Bad experience. Rair water dripping at lobby. To sum up not worth.

Value for money stay. Good service and comfortable stay at room. Overall good experience.
