Hotel services are average. Cleaning was good but no arrangements of food etc.

Hospitality is poor. Nd the price is high rather in actual.

I face 5 hrs power failure without any power backup in 3 days of trip. Apart from this Ac was not cooling well, housekeeping was poor and room was dirty.

Stay was awesome, room was cleaned and well maintained. Staff was also very nice and decent.

Neat and clean room staff is good

Very in hygenic, bedsheet was horrible, there is no restaurant in the premises, for fooding they get it arranged from outside for that they charge the services.

Room is good and bed is also comfortable but hotel management is not so good i stay here two nights the charge extra half day of full amount for two hours.

One of the prime location of city, excellent food in minimum charges, staffs were very polite and decent.
Excellent, staffs were socially distant, well sanitized room and service area

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and manager. Manager made our trip more interesting with his advices & tips about the city. Supermarket, shops, restaurants are within walking distance. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again the hotel management staffs for going just that little step extra for the guests!we will definitely come back with friends and i would highly recommend this hotel.

Not provided the room in hotel which was booked. Hotel did not had kitchen.

The room was very dirty service was very poor no cleanliness no proper water blanket was very rough no almirah if I have to give rating I will give in - because there was very unusual behaviour of hotel owner he said that he can't do anything I will never go in that Hotel and I also never use service of makemytrip. Com

Good budget hote l, rooms are good, cleanliness and ambience is also acceptable. Need to improve a bit on service part. Over all nice for solo staying home. I would prefer to stay there next time if I visit for the same purpose.

Room was clean. Location was appropriate as it was only 200 m away from railway station. Hotel staff was coordinating. But there were too much sounds coming nearby due too marriages. It was not very worth according to its price.

Room service was very poor I will not recommend any one to stay here. How ever location wise it is near the railway station I. E. Good. Restaurant and intercom facility is not available here which is very problematic.

The hotel location wise too good. Its near by bus station & railway station. And the hotel staff is very supportive in nature but there are no facilities for foods & tea. And there are no facilities for hot water options.
