Hotel fund in helping of google map. Food not tested. Amenities is well as and need to improve of all

The Hotel is not good for Family/ Couple. hotel is not clean bed and bed-sheet are not washed

The bedshit was not washed, and the bathroom was not clean.

The service of the staff members was good and they were polite. The rooms were clean and hygienic except for the washroom. They had 24 hour water.

worst hotel I ever seen, room are dirty, staff behaviour is very rude, especially at reception counter. plz don't come to this hotel.

Hotel is situated ina terrible low socia- strata locality. Staff is equally unresponsive and uncooperative for travaller travailing foe first time in city. Wont ever book in future.

It's decent hotel. Staff is less no proper service but staff is cooperative but it's close from bus stand so it's good for single people but for family it's not a good place at all

The property was close to the railway station within 2 km distance. There was no lift facility for the 5th floor. Rooms were ordinary, however comparing the cost it was satisfactory. Bathrooms were ordinary, staff were cooperative.

The rooms were nice, more cleanliness is needed and also sockets were not working. The staff was good.

Dingy place absolutely dirty and filthy. Extremely unclean and unkempt will never recommend anyone i only had to make a presentation so was there was about 5-6 hours

Hotel is average and for short stay only with just basic amenities. Building is quite old with facilities like lift etc. Of shutter style.

Hotel neelkanth palace is not good place for staying with family, area is not good plus rooms are not clean properly

Rooms are ok as per cost. But, the resort owner is not willing to increase time just for 3 hr. They ask for extra pay 500rs

Too dirty 😔. Cleanliness was terrible 😑. Bedsheet also was dirty, Room and toilet was too untidy. Harsh experience.
