The place is neat and well maintained. The owner handles everything and is doing an amazing work. Very humble and friendly person who knows how to maintain a good relationship with his guests. We felt like a family as he even shared his food with us which he brings for himself from canteen. The rooms are warm and cozy (a little small but price is decent when compared to other Hotel Neem Babas around) being made of wood so it stays warm without a heater.

As the name suggests we were going to visit neem karol baba ashram, this place is in the heart of nainital on route to the ashram with excellent basic amenities and prices are also good
