There is no light whole night at the hotel

Toilet was not clean, room was full of dust and hotel staff did not do any thing. WiFi does not work.

It is located on dislikes- marinate highway and one needs to reach by his own vehicle as the taxis charge heavy to reach from Rishikesh. Service is slow.
I made a phone call to the manager and told him my choice of room so that he can keep it ready before my arrival but it was done after we checked in.
