Hotel Neeraj

This was superb experience to stay with family in Hotel Neeraj Neeraj, Jaisalmer. We are visited Jaisalmer 1st time and with family. The staff of Hotel Neeraj very homely and respective. As per me the Hotel Neeraj Neeraj Jaisalmer is the best of the best medium budget Hotel Neeraj in town near fort. The rooms are very spacious and all utilities like TV, AC etc in good working. They are providing are. O. Purified water to all the customers. In the package they are giving limited complementary breakfast and the taste of food is also delicious. I recommend this Hotel Neeraj for family stay.

It is one of the best budget Hotel Neerajs in Jaisalmer, rooms are spacious clean and looks exactly the same in the picture, Hotel Neeraj looks golden because of the stone it is made of, room service guys are polite and are ready to serve you anytime, Hotel Neeraj guys have a good travel facilities, desert safari package is reasonable and their cab guy is also good to guide you through out the tour camel and jeep safari is quite attractive. People generally come here for 2 days they will make you stay memorable in Jaisalmer.

The Hotel Neeraj is very well located, Just after entering the Jaisalmer city. You can get the fort view from the Hotel Neeraj but not from the room. Rooms were good in size and clean. Staff was very helpful and courteous. They provided the early check-in as good as 4 hours early without any issue. Not sure about the food as we didn't had any meal there but the tea was good. A little improvement in toiletries and other facilities is needed. Otherwise, The Hotel Neeraj is nice considering the price they are charging.

The Hotel Neeraj location is pretty good, it's very close to the heart of the city and surroundings are very neat and clean. The staff is very good and polite. One thing that they must improve is the cafeteria(Kitchen). The cafeteria looks pretty dirty and unhealthy. Also if you are planning to book desert safari, ensure you clearly get the information about how much/How long will they offer a camel ride. We were told that they would give us camel ride for four kms, but actually they gave only for two kms.

Hotel facade has some flex advertisements (which I didn't expect) but once inside, the Hotel Neeraj looks good. It's not as big as it appears in the photograph though . I am used to having breakfast served at 7am, but in Neeraj they weren't ready till 9 (but they didn't make us wait there, they sent breakfast to our rooms and then kept on bringing whatever we asked for). Overall it's good value for the money spent

Hotel Neeraj is located at a very convenient location and I could easily walk to Fort top to capture the sunrise. Room provided was pretty spacious and clean including the washroom. Breakfast though free for us was delicious and served fast as well. While checking out in hurry we forgot one of the shopping bag, but Mr. Narpat from support staff quickly came to Railway Station and gave the bag as in person.

Stayed for two days.A very well located near all the historic places to visit. very clean and very friendly staff.This Hotel Neeraj is very special all leisure areas superb, fantastic staff, great food and first class service it is a beautiful building and very comfotable and it was pleasure to stay in.would not stay any were else should we return to this area.Highly recommend.

This Hotel Neeraj is very close to Jaiselmer fort. My family went for a walk to the fort in the night and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Room toilet had very bad smell. When I called the reception, they came and applied room freshener. But freshener did not help much. I had breakfast as part of the package and they made fresh food based on my order. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Value for money. The courteous staff were helpful. The location was very good. The Fort and markets were at walkable distance just a few hundred metres

Service, location and value for money. Even in 5 stars they don't have this kind of service. Good food and very courtesous staff. If you are a budgeted traveller this is your Hotel Neeraj.

Hotel is centrally located. All the tourist places in Jaisalmer are reachable even by auto. Hotel people allowed us for a quick refresh after check out and before boarding the train. Just three km from railway station.

Lovely stay and lovely staff.. Had a great time. Location is very nice. Near to market railway station. Will be booking this Hotel Neeraj next time too. It was splendid... Unforgettable experience.

We stay here for 1 night. AHotel Neeraj location is in heart of Jaisalmer and near from fort and main city. Hotel Neeraj have good room and good amenities. Staff also very supportive and helpful. Go for it. Value for money and good offer from MakeMyTrip.

Hotel location is very ne'er to fort & other major sight seen place (walkable distance if you don't have the small kids). Room service was good & staff is very cooperative. For breakfast there was no buffet but you can order from menu if your plan included breakfast,

The quality of the food was good and cost effective. Location was also nice. The Hotel is located opposite to Jaisalmer Fort. Hotel is overpriced.
