Hotel Neighbourhood

First the cons 1. No lift or elevators 2. No restaurant at the property, though breakfast was included while booking the chef had no clue about it and they had to order food from outside! 3. No parking space for four wheelers now the pros 1. Friendly, courteous staff who made arrangements to carry the luggage upstairs. 2. Though breakfast was not made, due to some miscommunication, they did their best and got us good food from outside. 3. Easily accessible from the road 4. Clean and quiet property. To some up we had a pleasant stay.

It was a good experience staying at this property. Food was fine, we had morning breakfast and we had a couple of options to eat. The staff were good and especially the person at the reception helped us in booking the cabs, also suggested good restaurants when asked. He just didn't do it for formality, he had real intention to help us. I couldn't remember his name unfortunately. Cons are, there is no lift facility.

This Hotel Neighbourhood is near about 1 km away from ernakulam south railway station, easily able to locate. They provided good service. Rooms, housekeeping was okay. They provided free breakfast with limited varieties and only after 8:00 am. They were okay for late checking in and early checkout. Overall good stay if you looking for overnight and shorter stay.

Neighborhood is very budget friendly and at the same time gives a artistic stay. The decor and paintings in the room are very satisfying. Rooms are always clean. I had previously issues with the customer service but with the last two stays here, the issues are resolved. Overall, i always had a nice experience in neighborhood

Room was clean and spacious with basic amenities. The Hotel Neighbourhood is located in a peaceful and well connected steeet. 5 mins from ernakulam south railway station. Parking space is apt to accommodate 5 to 7 big cars easily

Location & amenities is good. Only pain point is rooms are allocated at 3rd floor, but there is no lift facility for the same. After requesting for lower floor it was informed that needs to be requested beforehand. Also when asked for refilling the drinking water, they have given the water bottle & was charged for the same.

The rooms was so nee t and clean. Morning breakfast was superb i enjoyed my time in there.
