Hotel Neighbourhood

We were on a trip to Kochi and we were on the lookout for a decent, budget friendly Hotel. We found excellent reviews for this Hotel on company site and booked the same. Hotel the Neighborhood, being close to mg Road and other prominent areas of Kochi was a perfect choice for our stay. The rooms are very spacious, immaculately clean and comfortable, with a king size bed, wardrobe, working table, tea table and provision for keeping luggage. Clean linen sheets and towels are changed every day. We initially booked a deluxe room in this Hotel for 4 nights. The category of room allotted on our arrival was not deluxe but the courteous staff were quick enough to change the room appropriately from day two. The team of staff comprising of Fasil, Vibin, Sharafudeen and Jibin were always on their toes to make our stay pleasant and made us feel at home. We were so happy with our experience that we have extended our stay. We are sure to come back in future and will definitely recommend this Hotel to our family and friends.

Hotel neighborhood is situated near the easily accessible travel options i.e a marine drive, bus stand, and Railway Station. Pros - Nice and comfortable Hotel Neighbourhood with quite a reasonable Hotel Neighbourhood cost. The staff is quite cooperative. I met Vipin and it in who were very polite and helping me in giving the directions and options of travel and its cost. They helped me also in arranging for economical taxi. Overall it was a nice stay. The decoration of the Hotel Neighbourhood also also unique. Cons - The Hotel Neighbourhood needs more variety in its breakfast buffet. Rest I don't find any problem.

The Hotel is new and the ambiance is really good with a modern edge. The staff are proactive and cater to room services. Rooms are big enough and clean, the additional bed has charged. There are no restaurant facilities apart from the morning breakfast which they offer. There is no fan on the ceiling as the height of the ceiling is low so the only AC facility is there. The lift can fit only 3 persons and it's not the legit lifts with glass so children are advised to be cautious. Overall the stay was good and comfortable. MakeMyTrip offered a good deal too on the Hotel price in that area.

The Hotel is located in a quite and central location ideal if you have business or work Around the m. G Road. All transit options are just a few minutes away. The room I stayed in had one bed Side lamp completely missing. The tv remote was not working and wash room. Had mosquitoes in the morning. Guess they got in through the exhaust fan. I did not have breakfast at the Hotel. There are some good eating joints down the Road and on the parallel Road. Overall a good find and would be staying here in future. Hope the management looks into the upkeep and maintenance periodically.

I stayed for 2 nights. There are many things I can appreciate about this place. Very unique design elements, you could not get your eyes off the small beautiful things used for decoration. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. Tea, coffee, juice, fresh fruits, egg preparation, poori chhole/subji, upma/any other South Indian dish. Rooms were very spacious, beautifully decorated with paintings, sofa chair and a large bed with AC, LED TV, lamps, and a front view glass wall. Bathrooms were very clean with toiletries, and hot/cold water 24x7.

I and my wife came to Cochin for two days as a part of our job. We booked one Hotel through Oyo and it was horrible. Then in that night itself we planned to move into the neighbourhood Hotel and we must say the Hotel is outstanding, staffs are too good and cleanliness was up to it's ultimate. We really loved. The guy at the reception showed us the bathroom and we got satisfied and booked the room. Except for a slight issue with parking, it was superb.

It was an excellent stay. We stayed for a night and felt the ambience was outstanding. Room was clean and well maintained. No issues with hot water, tap or anything. It is close to marine drive, subash bose park and Ernakulam temple. Staff were nice and cordial. Only issue is breakfast variety was limited, but it was good and worthy of whatever I have paid. Overall, it was an phenomenal stay for us.

Hotel is located near MG Road and the nearest metro is Maharaja college. Hotel staff was very professional and they immediately changed my room when I found my washroom cistern was not working properly. They have a breakfast facility only and they don't provide lunch and dinner as of now. However, plenty of options available for dining nearby or else Swiggy service is also available.

Staff was polite and good, room was clean

They have decent rooms at stay was comfortable. - good understanding and friendly staff -well maintained rooms few things to improve -switch on common area lights at night -improve ventilation in common areas as there’s some odour. If you improve above mentioned points, it will be amazing!

Only issue was that the Hotel Neighbourhood doesn't have a restaurant.

The staff was courteous and overall quality of service was excellent. The rooms were clean and we didn't face any problems.

The property is located close to the metro station and at a convenient location, is clean and maintained well.

We stayed as a family. Booked 4 rooms. Rooms were all well laid out and clean. They do provide breakfast buffet with a few items. But all of them are quite delicious. Hotel is centrally located to numerous eateries. All in all a very good place to stay at this price point.

Very good atmosphere and good hospitality

Hospitality, staff, cleanliness, maintenance and staff helping nature made our stay memorable and worthy.

Room was clean and spacious. Room service was so good.
