HOTEL NEW AISWARYA

Service excellent but room facilities are poor, hot water facilities not there, water source very poor, neatness not there but costlier. Reception wise good, make my trip agent service also nice, we satisfied with discount also, finally we are satisfied with room service but not room appearance.

This is the cheap and HOTEL NEW AISWARYA and nearest to the Tirupati railway station. One can easily reach there in 5 mins walking distance from the railway station and it also provides hour basis rooms.
Good room, just need to improve quality of cleanliness little more.

Hotel manager is very polite. After giving Keys, simply go and get relieved in your Room. Nearby, you have many HOTEL NEW AISWARYAs. Railway station, BUS Stand is very near to you. I was very happy. Next time, we will same Room, Same Hotel. Thank you to Makemytrip. Great..

Good but not excellent and need some improvement.
Need cleaners perfectly and improve room service lighting and cleaning the bed covers and large size led and provide soap and extra bathroom equipment. Some extra improve needed.

The HOTEL NEW AISWARYA is conveniently located, cleanliness standards are well maintained (bathroom and bed linen) and the staff was very polite and helpful, making life easy for a one day business travel to Tirupati.

Just awesome! Superb value for money! Only complaint was that the tube light was out after a couple of hours and there was no bulb in the bathroom. I donÂ’t say itÂ’s their fault, I dint bring it to their notice.

Location is near by to bus stand so it is easy to travel from there. Even the staff is so helpful. They arranged taxi also for the city explore.. It was nice but a old building... Needs maintenance...

Hotel is good then expected with less budget.

Over night stay. Location slightly varies from the GPS location, I got originally. Hot water available was useful. Slightly value for money.
