Hotel New Classic Heritage

1. The hotel room was not clean. 2. Smelling very badly. 3. The room floor was not properly clean. 4. Dusbin was without polythene. 5. There were not kits dental and shops in th washroom. 6. Doors were not properly safe. 7. Washroom exhaust was not properly fitted ....there was space ....anyone. As per given details of hotels and room utility....there was nothing. Special care has been taken of cleanliness. Staff behaviour is very good. There are good services here, food order arrives very quickly and best quality food. I recommend very nice stays here. Thanks You.

Bed mattress very bad

Hotel is not up to the mark, the geysers are not working, toilets are block. Very poor experience.

Front office person very rude behaviour. I book suite and he said that ki you got deluxe only. After so much arquement owner gave us suite. But room size small as per shown in mmt. No amenities in the room. No towel. No bath towel. No water bottle complementary. Very bad experience. Please noone can book this hotel

Hotel was good. But rooms were not that good. Cupboards and almirah were dirty. Ph not working. Overall stay was good.
