Value for money. The hotel is a good one to stay for a couple of days if you are in Rajkot for work or a religious trip. AC, hot water, lift, etc. all amenities were good. Highly recommended. The staff was courteous to allow me almost 3 hours extension as I had a late train.

Disappointing Stay - Book at Your Own Risk Our recent 2-day stay at this hotel was incredibly frustrating and fell far short of expectations. While the check-in time was advertised as 12 PM, we arrived at 1 AM only to be informed that the hotel was overbooked. The management's handling of the situation was poor, and they attempted to convince us to "show sensitivity" towards their overbooking issue – a completely unacceptable request when we had a confirmed reservation. Cleanliness was another major concern. We were appalled when the staff suggested we use a previously used bedsheet and comforter. This is a basic hygiene standard that was completely neglected, and it led to a very uncomfortable late-night experience. Furthermore, the hotel was clearly undergoing renovations, which was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. This lack of transparency is misleading and impacted our stay. While it seemed some staff members genuinely tried to be helpful, the overall impression was that the team responsible for room preparation lacked basic attention to detail and training. Given these significant issues, I would strongly advise prospective guests to BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. Our experience was far from satisfactory, and we would not recommend this hotel.
