Hotel New Majestic

⭐ 3 out of 5 stars Hotel New Majestic has a very good location, and the rooms are nice and comfortable. The receptionist, Firoj bhai, was very kind and helpful, and the rest of the staff were also polite. However, some things could have been better — the bathroom and amenities were not properly maintained. Towels and water were not provided on time even after asking multiple times, probably because there were fewer housekeeping staff available. Some rooms also need a bit of maintenance. If these small issues are improved, this hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating.

Location is very good but service is average, no wifi facility, soap, hand wash etc was available in the room.

the picture showed the hotel to be great but the reception area killed all the buzz we had. the rooms were spacious and clean but there were no clean drinking glass, tea cups and water boiler. water kept in the room had it seal broken. hot water was available since heater was in the bathroom.

we have not stay in the room maximum half and half hour we are check out the rooms because some security issue

The room was very spacious, and there was 24-hour hot water available. The hotel is located very close to the railway station, which is convenient. It also has a restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel staff were cooperative and helpful throughout our stay.

Thank MMT for cheap and comfortable stay. Location was good and rooms were clean & hygiene. Service was unexpected because they ignored hot water for bath and we request them but no reply.

Staff behaviour was good but cleaning required in room, bedsheets and pillow were damaged and not clean.

very shabby hotel, dirty walls, bedsheets , broken cups and dirty fishy smell with yucky bathrooms . only 1 star for location but even that is in the fish market :((

Location ok food amenities not that much great Cleanliness was a major issue plaster coming out due to seapage Location was ok but entry to hotel was not good very congested area .The reception area was pathetic a small passage sort of thing with dirty linen hiding the walls all messed up .The rooms plastered had seapage and one of the sofa was brine in the room .Food and services was ok .The linen on the bed was dirty which we got changed

Nice rooms and just 2 km away from dargah. Food is delicious. One must order indian beakfast. Thy give sufficient quantity for both

Poor fascilities, dirtily bed, geyser not working, slow wifi, broken bucket and mugs, dirty bathroom poor locality.

I had a very good behavior, he adjusted a lot with me!
