Hotel New Malabar Residency

Very poor condition of stay right now on this residency......Bed cover pillow all r used not maintained..fans r not working...Ac is only for night...bathroom was not good all r leaking and...poor service....from residency end...building was old and no lift in it...

The hotel manager were kind and respectful. The doormatry beds were properly cleaned and managed.

One word horrible. The staff is very rude they won't turn on ac in day time ac is only for the night time toilets are horrible they don't have jets & it's small & unhygienic. The only good thing i found was the location other than that there is nothing good to say the blankets are stinking so better bring your own blanket. Total waste of money i found.

Not as good as photos are shown. No lift available for hostel in 3rd floor. No blanket given when ac was on. Poor cleanliness.

3rd floor in Old building . Three rooms 2 Tier bunk beds. My room had 6 bunk beds Room was clean AC run all night from 6pm. Dormitory is at walking distance from CSMT railway station, good for early morning train catch. No Toiletery was in the common attached washroom

Very good stay in Mumbai..affordable price of the stay. A very good place clean washroom. Beds are so comfortable.

Worst spray can't stay in this hotel

There is a railway station and a bus station near the hotel and. Food is available near bus station you can go anywhere by lock bus and lock train in mumbai

Terrible experience. The pillow and mattress haven't been washed for years got skin infection there. Not even basic curtain for each hostel bed and not even bedsheets. The condition of toilet was horrible. Tap was not working properly. And most importantly the attitude of owner was at high sky level. When i was talking to him about something he was responding like he himself paid me money to me instead of i paid him to stay. Make my trip is a genuine and reputed brand. Please try to remove these type of properties from your app. If you don't believe me. Please try and visit the property yourself without telling you are from a big institution and then see conditions there.

Very bad experience in my life. I never seen this type of hostel. And staff are very rude to customers.

No proper ventilation, washrooms were always stinking, flush inside the washroom was not working, rude behaviour from the receptionist and service people, no manners how to treat and talk with the customer, no cooperation from service people for our concerns and queries, they have time restrictions 11 pm midnight to 7 am in the morning which is clearly not mentioned in the mm t profile which means we cannot freely roam and head back to our room during this window.

Hotel new malabar residency is a very unhygienic and unsafe place i would say. There were alpt of rats running around and the washrooms were smelly.

Location is nearest to taj hotel as well as colaba market premises was in good areas room are decent they take more time for confirmation my booking i was waiting there for 15 minutes for confirmation overall good

Area is good and food and spaces and near by area and main thing all these comes under 500 per night. Seriously unbreakable

Hotel is well maintained. Clean staff is helful
