Hotel is neat and clean.staffs are very polite in nature.complementary breakfast was very good.there was variety of choices in breakfast.only concern is they change bedsheets daily after asking to do so.24 hrs hot water in the bathroom.lift also works properly. I had booked the Hotel New Mamta Pure Veg Near By Dal Lake for 4 nights. The experience was grt. The room sizes are fine, bathroom was clean plus the added breakfast had multiple options. Over all it was a satisfactory stay. Location is close to lake and chowk plus other shopping areas. Highly recommended.

Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel manager mr. Faiyaz was very polite and provided all local assistance including local conveyance. Veg. Food preparation not as per north indian taste, need improvement. Room size good. Hot water available all five days overall nice stay.

Location is good, rooms are great, and the food in the restaurant is great, the only problem is with hot water in bathroom due to lot of electricity cutout in the whole of srinagar it's a bit annoying not proper hot water. Else overall very good stay.
