Good Hotel but Praveen behavior is not good

Hi, This hotel is one of the best—great service and good rooms. However, there is one issue: the receptionist named Praveen, who works from 12 AM to 12 PM, has a very rude attitude. He does not know how to respect guests or communicate properly. Every time he speaks, he is rude, as if we are staying at his house. I kindly request you to either replace him or train him on how to treat guests with respect. Thank you.

Poor Stay

Housekeeping is up to the mark. Bed quality is poor. Room booked with breakfast, but they were not given and said the hotel is not providing breakfast to anyone. Hence, i had breakfast outside and bare additional costs. Entertainment like tv was bad and even newspapers were also not available.

The hotel restaurant food was awesome. The rooms were too small. The toilet inside the rooms were not cleaned the flush tank of the toilet didn't have good pressure. The toilet paper was not provided in the rooms there were no tea, coffee and milk sachets provided inside the rooms. When we asked for a wifi password they said wifi is not working. Dental kits are also not provided inside the rooms. The restaurant is not open 24 hours it opens in the morning at 7. 00 am. No breakfast was provided to us as we had to check out at 6. 00 am.

All over the stay was good. The space was bit small according to the rate. Secondly the ac was not working nor cooling. Next the bed was not that comfortable for 1 day stay. Rest the food was up to mark as expected.
