Totally waste of money stay this hotel.

The hotel does look like more it's junkyard. The hotel inside was very bed smelling all round. The hotel owner has not know how talk with customers. My advice that never visit this Hotel, totally waste of money deal with this hotel.

Pocket friendly Hotel at prime location

We traveled 5people including two senior citizens. The pros and cons 1. Easy location. The Hotel is on Mall Road, beside Hotel viceroy, opposite Hotel spring burn. You can easily locate it company g-map giving either viceroy or spring burn as a destination as these are renowned hotels. 2. Physically hassle-free. The best part is you don't have to walk uphill to reach it, it's on the Road and reachable by car, although it has no car parking space, you can conveniently get down and unload your luggage right at Hotel door. It was a particular criterion for us since we had two senior citizens with us. 3. Within budget. 4. Good bathroom, running water. Geyser available Fr Around three hours in the morning. Cons. 1. Cleanliness issue. Its cramp, with small rooms. Cleanliness of linens and towels was an issue. We overlooked it since we stayed for a single night. But if you stay Long and want a classy stay, think again.

Staff is not cooperative. waste of money. Pathetic experience, rooms were dirty and too small in size. Bedsheet was not clean.

Location is good but it doesn't have a few basic facilities like on-call room service, attach restaurant etc. The staff is mostly good. They are running this hotel in a renovated house. Bathroom's hot water service was not 24/7, we had to ask them every time to turn on heater whenever we wanted as they keep the heaters off from eternal switches..
