Terrible -5 star 3rd class guest house better to called it dharmsala I booked on make my trip and paid for a night Its not worthy even Worst stay Worst experience Worst room service Bad smell in the room and in the bathroom broken jetspray water started dropping from the ceiling in the morning when i complained to receptionist he said we cant do anything give us the owner’ no. And told us to direct contact him , even after contacting the owner the issue wasn’t solved. The ac and tv were only for showcase both weren’t working The rooms showed in gallery are all fake images they are not as actual After this horrible experience I decided not to visit mount abu in anymore

Parking space is not available. And hot water time is only 2 hr. They need to add more space for parking also need to add food court

very dirty room and toilet there is poop in toilet when we reach and they told us that cleaner was not come and he will come at 4 pm but check in time is 12.00 and not clear hot water for bath it's yellow water over all not hygiene don't book this place

Very poor quality of the hotel. Water leakage from room roof. Ac not working. Tv not working. Fan regulator not working. Wifi not available. Beds are dirty. Very risky balcony. And the very important one is that the staff's behaviour is very rough. Overall a very bad experience about the hotel. And very important is customer care not responding in the proper way. Didn't get any support from him.

I found this property at makemytrip application, and i has booked a two dulux room, and it is ok with the price, but food and service are not good just because of that, i booked a room for 1 day and night, my time was starting at 11 am and, i reached early morning, and before the booking i saw there is facility for early check in and that's why i booked, but reality is something different, and i was pied more 1500 inr. For early check in, other things are ok, between good or not good, but i enjoyed my trip, thanks to the sun & rock hotel. Thanks.
