We reached the Hotel New Sunder at 540 am and the gate was closed. After 10 minutes, someone open the gate and we are let in. We were told by 2 people that we will get room by 10 am but we didn't get the room till 1150 am. When told that they could have informed us that check in can only happen at 1130 and not 10 am, the person at the reception denied having told that we could check in at 1130. Is it fair for the Hotel New Sunder to take full day rent for 20. 5 hours (check in time 1130 am, check out time 10 am next day? the room was small but clean. The bathroom was clean. Getting hot water in excess of 1 bucket was a problem as the Hotel New Sunder works on solar energy but we could order for a bucket of hot water. On the first day of our stay, the hot water that we ordered was forgotten. The bed linen & towels were clean and reasonably spotless. Room cleaning service was good. Tea delivered to the room was just about ok. As we were vegetarians, we didn't order food through room service. Overall, it is a value for money Hotel New Sunder. I would like to stay in the Hotel New Sunder again when i visit indore.

Hotel is clean. Staff is well cooperative. Hot water facilities in this Hotel New Sunder is only in the morning. This Hotel New Sunder is surrounded by automobile shops i. You will not get tea/coffee in this radius. Hotel provide meals in the room. Food quality is good. Hotel is situated very close to mahakal temple. Just 2 minutes walk from Hotel New Sunder. Rooms are smaller than usual. Blankets should be improved. Minus point of this Hotel New Sunder is wifi connectivity. Network is not available in the room. You have to come to reception for talk. Staff is very cooperative.

Had stayed in this Hotel New Sunder while visiting indore for a day. It is located very near from railway station. Walkable distance from railway station if you have less luggage. Rooms were clean with expected facilities. Hot water from solar was available. Washroom) toilet was also very clean. Room service was decent. I found this Hotel New Sunder via make my trip only when i added all the details i needed while searching for a Hotel New Sunder. Just one subeditor the Hotel New Sunder please keep good pillows i was sleeping without a pillow as the available pillow was feeling like a stone on the head and other provided pillow was also same. Rest everything was good stay was good and room and place was also nice.

The Hotel New Sunder’s location and price range are its biggest advantage going with ample parking space. The staff are good and property is decently maintained. Basic room, bathroom, room service were good. They can improve on quality of towels, bath mat and cleanliness of balconies.

Hotel is nearby to the railway station and the service offered by the Hotel New Sunder is amazing and the staff is soo friendly.

Room was clean and maintained. Didn't have a chance for food. Staff was cooperative and the service was fast. Only one issue, the ac was a bit louder and the birds in the window makes more noise.
