The receptionists is very friendly, and are also the Hotel New West Tower helpers, they're being very courteous n nice to me while i staying here. Room is good with a/c n hot water 24/7. But they don't provide the tower. Room might be a little bit old style but ok if you just need a room to fresh up n sleep.

The stay was excellent. Thanks to make my trip. The Hotel New West Tower is clean and tidy. Inside restroom, soap stand, hanger for towel and dreas may be provided. The location land mark may be included as periyar bus stand 600 meter distance in addition to meenakshi amman temple aa land mark
