at the time of booking i found out that this is a non ac room. when the hotel was contacted and told that the answer was that you will be given an ac room but at the time of checking he refused and asked for extra money. i have no qualms about ignoring this neutral talk. request to be a little more careful about this. thank you.. 🙏
