Location: excellent. Neat and clean HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY. You will get toilet kit, including tooth brush kit in your room. Staffs are also very good. Your luggage will be carried out by HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY staff at the time of check in and check out. Hong kong market is within a walking distance of 3 to 5 minutes. You can get all necessary items including food (breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks) within 100 mtr from HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY. Only drawback is HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY has not it's own restaurant. Tea/coffee or food you can order, but actually i think they arranged those from nearby market and serves to you with very high cost. But they allow you take food from outside or to order food from swiggy or zomato in HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY room. And they also provide cutlery for your support. Safety and security for family aspect is also good. Overall nice to stay here.

The HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY itself is good but the location is through a live chicken selling location and also vegetables. So expect some smell there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. They provide breakfast, both english and indian. Please note they start at 7:30 am. Expect the indian breakfast to take more time. There is no view but the rooms are decently clean but the light at the bathroom was a bit dim for my liking. I didn't try the cable so can't comment there. The staff were helpful and also got us a good deal for a cab to darjeeling where we were going. We used the HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY as a stopover so it was good for that. Wonderful HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY at a very popular place in siliguri. Food is not prepared here in the HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY but they can arrange it from outside. The HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY is very clean and clear, this is a five story building and a lift is always there to go upwards and downwards. The famous place hong kong market is about 2 minutes walking distance from this HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY. The behaviour of the HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY staffs are just excellent.

Property location is excellent. The food except breakfast is not prepared at HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY but sieved from elsewhere. However, taste was good and price reasonable. Hotel room service was good, asked for an extra towel and blanket, which was provided. There is one con. Even in the 4th floor horrible stink of the chicken market below was coming, if the window was opened. However, with closed window and ac on didn't get it.

- made a sudden plan and took my car. Needed to park my car at siliguri for 3 days until i complete my trip. Was unable to get paid parking properly and it was getting late night. They made a special arrangement at a very safe place. Made me very happy for their effort. - elevator + parking facility is avery biiiiggg plus -zero complain about rooms and services. Easy booking and check-in. Easily accessible. Located inside the market and hence can expect busy streets during the daytime. Stayed in a single non ac room during summer. Well equipped with basic amenities. Initially it was a little hot as the room was on the top floor. But windows with mosquito nets helped to cool it down. Room delivery of food via all popular apps available.

Its a good HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY for staying one nights for transits. Staffs are good and service is also good. But the foods are bit expensive, you can try the restaurants out-side the HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY, those are feasible. During winter you can book non-ac rooms. Main market is in walking distance, you can do shopping and then leave for your next destination.

We searched a HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY which is in the heart of the city, we found HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY niladri galaxy as we wished. The ac room was little bit small, but the service was awesome the front desk people was so helpful. All the places we wanted to go was within 2 kilometers. Hong kong market was at walking distance. Thanks make my trip for advice.

Small room but clean one, breakfast was super, staffs are very good, location wise not good, as near that some chicken and fish market there

Whenever i came to siliguri, i stayed at this HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY. Room, staff behavior, food quality all are excellent. Location wise, it is situated at the centre of the town. Room charges are also reasonable. In one word this is the best HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY of siliguri at this price.

Very nice HOTEL NILADRII GALAXY in main market, fresh air and light come to the room. Clean, has elevator. Very good for visiting on business or official tour

I was really late for my check in and i was worried about it. But the check in process was really smooth and the staffs were waiting for us at that late hour with their smiles on. Really appreciate their behavior. For the rooms i would say they are clean and really comfortable. Overall a pleasant experience.
