Hotel Nirvana

The hotel is very well maintained, the taste of the food is great, they serve breakfast on time with 4 options at least.. the best part of breakfast was groundnuts and black gram soaked in water over night. The rooms are tidy, neat, and clean. The staff is very humble and supportive as well.

इस होटल में रुकने का मेरा अनुभव बहुत ही बुरा रहा है । मुझे बाथरूम में गर्म पानी की व्यवस्था नहीं दी गई , होटल मैनेजर से शिकायत करने पर मुझे दूसरे रूम में नहाने के लिए बाथरूम दिया गया। मेरी बिना जानकारी के रूम को दूसरे रूम में शिफ्ट किया गया। परन्तु जिस रूम में मुझे शिफ्ट किया गया उसमें भी गर्म पानी की व्यवस्था नहीं थी। चूंकि मेरे साथ 78 वर्ष की मेरी मां भी थी इस वजह से मुझे बहुत ही दिक्कत का सामना करना पड़ा। भविष्य में मैं कभी भी बुकिंग नहीं करूंगा एवं nirvana होटल में कभी स्टे नहीं करूंगा।

It was good stay room was very nice and the view from the window was very fascinating location was very good Hotel cleanliness was average. Hotel services and staff behavior was very nice. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would like to suggest to all.

No lift is there, I have to go through steps to reach my room at 3rd floor. No complementary breakfast is there as well. Room was awesome and facilities were very good though.

Hotel is good. Neat and clean. For Jaspur town rate should be less. It's location is near to govt. offices of Jaspur like collector office, forest office etc. However nearby no daily need shop, at least for cup of tea you have to walk for half km. Distance from bus stand and main market.
