room is not in well maintained condition. reddish water coming from bathroom water tap. lot of mosquito. I have to use two mosquito repellent but no use. I requested them to change my room as the attached toilet was Indian type. but later decided to cancel the next day booking and moved to Bhubaneswar. in Balasore finding good restaurant is very difficult. we have to go to near railway station to find one hygienic restaurant.

My experience has very bad, there are no hot water service, television not working, room washroom not cleaning properly, water dripping full night in washroom, room was very dart y sillon colour was removed & bed not comfortable & hotel staff also not good he is every-time said me which time you will go which time you will check out, i'm paying amount for 24 hours, but staff always said which time you will go.

i choosed it, after visiting there is was as same as photos . neat , clean, well behaved service boy, informative, good location . get a auto to reach otherwise it will take 20 mins around by walking distance from balasore station. I am fully satisfied. I booked a single room.

Room is very clean and behaviour of staff is very polite. Everything is ok. One more thing of this hotel is. After stay my next journey is on puri but my luggage is too heavy and i asked to this hotel staff for keep my luggage in his hotel for few days, they agreed and keep my luggage is very securely. So i am very thankful of for keep my luggage.
