Hotel Norbu Ghang

The rooms are cozy,food quality is not good Food quality is normal, but it is too high price is too high. Everest stay average, but the room is very cozy. Room is very cozy and the wall wall was damp and the flash is not working properly.

Location is good, Food is Ok, Amenities can be increased, excellent service

In a word experience is good. To find its location is easy, just beside fire station, near m g marg.

Hotel location is very good. Close to mg marg, snot bus terminus. Staff are very good. Especially i would like to mention the name of manager, mr dorjee. He is very active, cooperative. He always ready to help with a smile. Food quality and taste are very good. They made my holiday pleasant one. Thanks to nor-bu ghang.

Location of hotel is good. And the view from hotel is also nice. Best part is the behaviour of manager. But needed a bit improvement in electronic devices which was not good so we had to make many call for it to be done okk. View from hotel

I had vome and stayed here in march 1993 for my honeymoon and after 31 years got my daughter along for nostalgic reasons. There is still no lift service and the phone to call up reception was not working. The staff were very polite snd helpful. Good for young couples but average experience for family

Hotel was good and comfortable

The 1st want to tell about the hotel is that the location. Besides of the main road, opposite of gangtok head post office and in front of rank a taxi stand from where you can get all types of cabs. The second thing is about the staffs who are very cooperative.

Beautiful stay. Loved the behavior of the manager. He is witty and helpful as well. Food is nice. Staffs are welcoming and helpful. Enjoying the view of mighty kanchenjunga while having tea is the best thing you can experience.

Each and every person here took extra efforts to make us extremely comfortable. Room was really beautiful and it make more satisfying. The food was superb. The staff at the check-in counter was very helpful and courteous. Superb

Hotel is so beautiful and staff is very hospitable. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The services are excellent. All staff make sure that when you leave this hotel you leave with a memory. Starting from check in to check out every thing was excellent.

Located a mere five minutes walk from mall road, gangtok, the location is prime. The manager, mr lama is very polite and cordial and will attend to all your needs and provide any vehicle requirements for your trip. The rooms are clean and spacious with ample of amenities for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable stay, dedicated front desk, courteous staff, good service, all meals available, nice location. Local taxi stand and head post office are just opposite the road. Mountain peaks of kanchenjunga can be sen on a clear day from front side rooms.
