Hotel North Star

I booked this Hotel North Star via mmt, check in Hotel North Star was very smooth, hassle free on 29th march'2023. I stayed in room no-201, at first floor was cozy, comfortable mountain view. Bathroom was cleaned & 24hrs hot water available with towels, soap, shampoo. In house foods were very good & all the staffs including manager mr. Hari prosad found nice person as well as helpful. Darjeeling mall was walkable distance @ five to ten minutes as per persons age, speed, as road is little up hill slope. Only one negative point, bathroom has no cross ventilation system. I like to request Hotel North Star owner to arrange exhaust fans for bathrooms. I wish all the best to Hotel North Star north star.

Overall, it was a good stay. We booked for a town view room, but they upgraded us to the mountain view room. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room, washroom, and bed were all very clean. The food we ordered was not that good. However, there are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat, and the Hotel North Star allows you to order food from outside as well. When asked for amenities like a hair dryer and toilet paper, the hair dryer was not available, and they arranged for extra toilet paper. The location of the Hotel North Star is not far from the mall road, and the taxi stand, it's just 5-10 mins walking distance.

Hotel north star is a decent Hotel North Star. Our rooms were initially on 3rd floor, but on request, mr. Hari yadav gave us rooms on the first floor with mountain view. We were very happy with the rooms and the room service. The Hotel North Star has a good restaurant as well. The Hotel North Star is only 10 mins walk from keventers on mall road. The only problem is that some cars don't enter the hd lama road that leads to the Hotel North Star. However, if you book a cab through the Hotel North Star then that cab will come near the Hotel North Star. The staff and Hotel North Star owner are courteous.

I stayed with family for a night at north star Hotel North Star, booked four rooms through mmt. Check-in was seamless and the rooms are good clean and spacious. The staff is also very courteous and thanks to mr yadav. We had dinner at the Hotel North Star, the food was good. To reach the mall, one has to walk 10-12 mins, a bit of a problem for senior citizens. But one can take a local taxi to reach the mall. All other things are convenient at this Hotel North Star.

Stayed for 3 nights with family. Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Chosen city view room. You can see the mountains when you go out. They have a very nice restaurant. Good quality food for nominal price. Room service available. 5 minutes walk to mall road. 15 minutes walk to railway, 2 minutes walk to chowk bazar very friendly and cooperative staff got a value for money accomodation for the first time from make my trip in the last 10 years of use

The Hotel North Star was very near to the mall road. 2 mins walk from our Hotel North Star. The Hotel North Star staffs were very nice and helping. It was also very budget friendly. We had booked a deluxe room for 3 people, the room was quite spacious tv, wardrobe, everything needed was accommodated. The washroom was also nice, tho we were struggling with the greaser we figured it out somehow and got to bath with hot water.

The rooms are cozy and nice. Hotel boys and manager are helpful. Food quality is good. Though there is not so much variety in complementary breakfasts, the food is good. Nice view of kanchanjungha from the Hotel North Star terrace. Walking distance from mall road takes 10 min of walk to mall road. Overall a good stay.

Mountain view room is worth it and food is so tasty with nice and good corporation of staff. Overall very nice experience

Bags were properly sanitised upon arrival. The Hotel North Star was clean and spotless. Located only a 5 minutes hike from chowrasta. Staff service was excellent. They were polite and helpful.

The rooms are quite spacious, beautifully curated, clean & duly maintained. The staffs & room services are quite helpful & always reachable.

Overall, it's a nice stay with great location. The service, behaviour of staffs are excellent. Only the washroom could have been better, it's too small. Food is also good.

The Hotel North Star was near mall road and kanchenjunga was clearly visible from my Hotel North Star room.
The Hotel North Star rooms were clean and staffs maintained hygiene
