Location - 9 (City centre) Room and toilet cleanliness - 3 Room service and toiletries - 3 (no toiletries provided except towel & soap. toothbrush and toothpaste was denied by staff even when spending 5000 rs per night!!) Food - 5 (breakfast was included but no buffet breakfast arrangements. One needs to order breakfast from the Menu. The restaurant was terrible with no cleanliness) Value for money - 3 (overpriced more than double compared to hotel conditions and services. charged 5k per night) Staff behaviour - 7 (was ok but needed improvement) To the hotel management - Kindly wash/dip clean the entire hotel rooms, toilets, restaurant and common areas and add some toiletries and the hotel look can be improved. overall, Not recommended for families. The only positive is if you want to stay in the city centre or near the railway station, choose this hotel.

Not worth hotel,bed sheet unclean ,check out 1st day only .Do not stay unclean,unhygienic,pathetic Hygiene, clean, pathetic cotton, do not stay. That is my advice to all the customers.

Poor Stay

Stayed for a day, in udaipur near railway station, there are too many hotels to stay, all hotels are like in gully, they're situated jus like pg's or hostels, it's definitely not 3 star hotel, room was ok, washroom was not that good, looks like old property, food didn't eat, as location was not looking clean so couldn't able to dare to eat, staff is ok. If u don't have any option then try, but i won't recommend this, as per its cost its definitely not worth it.

Hotel was nice. Very near to the railway station. Bathroom sleepers were there which is a very nice thing. Only concern was the linen, they were dirty. Otherwise the hotel is a very budget friendly option.

It was a terrible experience, the worst rooms, service wasn't good at all, food quality was worst and quantity was like they were serving food with high price and half of the quality. From our entry, they only provided 3 towels, 2 soap and 2 oil. we booked for 4 people, I have to ask them thrice to provide an individual towel, after that the food wasn't good at all, even in food they served with hair, per price they charged room conditions are worst, neither washroom conditions are good. gyser not working proper, room service was worst one. over all it's a worst experience, and also for parking we have to keep park our car outside, location also worst. No basic rules followed by the staff, they directly entered in rooms, not worth at all, they cost for 1 room 6k.

No shower, no hand flush, full of dirt and yellow fungus in hotel. Bed sheet dirty and black dirt in room. Really noting worse than i ever see any hotel in any city. Request you to take action and refund the money which got wasted for me. Room no 212 go and check please. I would suggest enough for such hotel. No overall stay was not good. Please don’t list this kind of hotel.

Positives: good location, very friendly and cordial front desk, helped and arranged vehicle for sightseeing, safely kept luggage for 3-4 hours after check out too. Breakfast spread was minimal, but they made stuff that was asked without any fuss. Very cordial in that regard. Negatives: very costly about rs. 6100 per day (with bf, not justifiable by any standards. Probably a room whose surcharge c room did not have water kettle, tea/coffee/dairy creamer/sugar arrangement. Washbasin tap not 'fixed' to the basin, entire tap unit rotated as we turned the tap to open or close. Dining area was very basic, nothing fancy, cleanliness was just passable. Single entry and exit - in case of any emergency, big problem. Passage (corridor) very narrow lots of disturbance even until 1230 am, walls seem to be thinner than normal. People staying did not have basic civic sense (speaking loudly in the corridor, shutting the door with a bang, shutting the lift door with a bang etc. Hotel probably cannot do much.

Situated at very strategic place, close to all major tourist attractions. Rooms are good. Staff is also good. Room service is not that good. Took a lot of time to respond and send the service to the room. They have a dining area on the top floor. Kitchen is also quite clean. They also let us cook the food for our kid.
