Hotel North Wood

Excellent location: the property is located at the mall road, about 100 m from picture palace drop site. From there, we walked with our luggage to the Hotel North Wood as we had trolley bags. Cars are not allowed on mall road from 5 pm evening. You also get porters to the Hotel North Wood at nominal price. The Hotel North Wood is actually located behind the restaurant where "north wood" is written. Externally, Hotel North Wood doesn't look big, but inside, they have good helpful receptionists, courteous and helpful staff and very good rooms. They upgraded us to queen room with balcony on arrival. Rooms were equipped with heater, essential toiletries and everything you usually need in a Hotel North Wood. Free breakfast was decent and room service was good too.

Had a pleasent and wonderful stay with family for 2 days. Caring and courteous staffs. Very smooth check in and they take all responsibility to make you reach Hotel North Wood since its a bit confusing to reach there for the first time. Neat and clean rooms i stayed at the king room. Wonderful view from balcony. Hotel is at mall road prime location. One of the best Hotel North Woods in my diary ! all the best north wood staff and management

Well managed Hotel.Rooms are Good, Washroom neat &clean..Staff is Very polite.. Reception staff is equally polite and helpful...At Mall Road with excellent location... Food is Good..I would request the Hotel North Wood to keep normal tea bags also, as many of us don't like masala tea...Highly recommended for the visitors from my side..

Got a complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. The food was good too. Commendable Service. Would choose North Wood again Just one tip for fellow travellers, the Hotel North Wood gives street side parking service, opt the Paid parking service. I opted for street parking and my car was damaged.

Great Experience at North wood. Very friendly staff and services are fast. The rooms are very clean and with all the amenities like geyser & heater. And the view from the balcony is decent. Overall I loved the stay.

North wood, mussoorie is a good place to stay in the queen of hills. The staff is courteous, the rooms are hygienic and clean, and the food is decent. The Hotel North Wood's location is also apt.
