Hotel North Wood

The hotel’s location is a bit cramped up as it is on the Mall Road and parking is an issue. The rooms do look good for the price but for some reason cuts the main supply of electricity from 11 pm to 6am making it difficult to use most of the appliances or even charge phone. Overall the stay was decent for the price but I didn’t like cutting off the electricity part.

One of the best hotel at this price in Mussoorie.. The location is also excellent because it is in mall road itself so it is very easy for shopping The staff were awesome and the food too. They also made the room heater complementary which was chargeable. We also enjoyed the bonfire which was also provided at discounted rates. They also provided extra bed at no extra cost

Food was decent. Location was perfect. Facilities were excellent. Overall the stay was pleasant and fun.

No geyser working , poor service no intercom- lot of maintenance needed. Poor property lack of amenities . Bad breakfast

hotel location is 100 metre from picture palace. exactly on mall road. good partial mountain view , clean rooms . good room service , tasty breakfast.

hotel location and staff are good since it's near to picture palace entry point so no luggage pickup and drop provided due to union restrictions. total length of mall road is 2 km 1 way breakfast served was very good and had 4-5 different options every day. They will provide eggs/omelette on demand without any charges in breakfast included package. There is also nearby kids pram rental which charges 100 per hour Room size is descent and can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child easily hot water for showers, hand wash is available in bathrooms.

Hotel location is right at centre of mall road with few walking distance from picture barrier. For eating restaurant chache da hotel is right beside north wood is best place to eat non-veg food. All convenience is available near barrier. Overall hotel is situated at best location. Now, rooms are clean hygeine level is good. Staff service is also good.

Hotel upgraded our room by their own to a deluxe room with a balcony. The room is very good, clean, airy with good quality amenities like soap, towel, tea and coffee pouches which they refilled twice by our request. Staffs are polite and courteous. Overall the experience is wonderful. accessibility to the hotel is also good.

Had a fabulous stay at Hotel Northwood. My family and I stayed at the King balcony room and it was outstanding. The view was awesome, the service, staff and hospitality was great. The location is extremely convenient with 3 banks and atm just outside the front entrance, Mall Road in walking distance with lots of shopping options. The food is also delicious. All in all really nice place to stay with family, friends or solo.

I go to Mussourie or I shall say I come to Mussourie frequently. Instead of staying at my regular hotels, I tried new one to see why the ratings were so good for this place. I stayed in 401 room at top which was spacious with all the amenities they mentioned on MMT. Best part is the service which is top notch. Location is also extremely good with picture place hardly 200 300 meters and just near to the intersection of Mall Road and camels back road. This place will be in my list now and will surely visit again.

I’ve been creating wonderful memories at this hotel since 2023, and I truly recommend it to everyone. In my opinion, it’s perfectly located on the best side of Mall Road, offering both convenience and charm. While I did encounter a few minor issues during my stays, the staff’s prompt and cooperative attitude made all the difference they resolved everything instantly, ensuring my experience remained enjoyable.

The property was good. The receptionist and the staff were also good. The only thing was the parking is not available in premises. The hotel is on the mall road and the cars are not permitted in the mall.

Hotel is good.. I'm happy to stay in hotel north wood.everthing is ok.. staff is humble and polite. But may be staff is less because I'm facing difficulties to breakfast time food is not came timely.. and over all rating is 8 out of 10. Happy to share.. thanku mmt showing this good property location is awesome. And it's family hotel. I suggest to everyone for staying here.

It was my 2nd time stay in northen wood .This time experience was very bad.charges were high but service was too slow .staff was not so much co-operative with us.no hygiene maintenance.
