Hotel Nova Blu

A new property in cleanly and airy posh location of mathura cantt, small but quite tasteful and well designed and done over all property and the room, even the lighting in the room was so lovely. ( though the lack of a window gives a little feeling ) nice bed and the linen, i was actually impressed by the shade and the design of the floor stone. Loved it. An addition of a work desk would have raised the bar. Nice bathroom, nice shower though the vanity needs more attention and additions. Size of the soap cakes they provide is too small even to hold. Body gel can be added to the shampoo and moisturizer they are providing, can add a pair of medium sizes hand towels and foot towels to the large bath towels they are providing. Friendly staff. Good wi fi. Loved and enjoyed. My sincere thanks and congratulations to their team.

I find the location to be good for it isn't crowded. I did not go to any of the temples but as i was passing a rikshaw driver asked me if i would like to visit dwarikadhish temple. That gives me an indication that it would be not very far from this place. Nevertheless you would be better of making such inquires before hand. It's not a three star party. Go with that understanding. It is nonetheless value for money. I found the bathroom to be clean that is the most consideration at least i have when i go to a Hotel Nova Blu. Visitor can have different expectations and understanding of a place therefore please ease do read other reviews as well before making an opinion about the Hotel Nova Blu.

Hotel nova blu is fairly near to railway station and has all the basic amenities one can hope for. The Hotel Nova Blu is very hygienic and the staff here are polite as well. The rooms are pretty spacious and comfortable as one would expect. Apart from the stay the food too would not disappoint you. The food of the restaurant is not only good looking but is tasty too. A complete veg restaurant as one would expect it to be and is totally hygienic. Overall if you are looking for a economical and a wonderful stay you should consider this Hotel Nova Blu for sure.

Hotel lobby is good and clean. Friendly staff. Room is big enough. Bathroom is well maintained. Hotel is about 2 km from railway station. Not a walking distance though! i cannot comment on the food as we did not try the restaurant in the Hotel Nova Blu we were able to hire auto easily in front of the Hotel Nova Blu. This Hotel Nova Blu is not a well known Hotel Nova Blu, so it will be good to remember the closest circle and mention to auto driver for correct estimation of far and to help in the navigation.

Over all good but Hotel Nova Blu management need to improve the break fast quality and variety because i got only 2 to 3 variety and also the taste is not good so we have other Hotel Nova Blus in this price with good and variety break fast. So i'm requesting to all if you looking good break fast then don't book this Hotel Nova Blu go to others. Thank you

The room was nice and new, just need to improve their food. The staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms had new furniture and the bathroom was clean. So its a very good Hotel Nova Blu at that price point and you couldn't ask more for it. The Hotel Nova Blu staff took care of our luggage without charging anything extra.

We came to mathura on 9th september as new delhi was closed due to g20 submit. It was two nights stay, though the climate was typically rainy season type, but felt very cosy in our rooms which was provided for three adults. Food at roof top restuarant was good, but little upper side.

This Hotel Nova Blu was the best place we stayed in mathura. Staff was super courteous and they helped us at every stage of our stay. Food was amazing and rooms were also very very clean. If you are coming to mathura, don’t worry Hotel Nova Blu nova blu will look after

Good location, supportive staff, food good.

Hotel room was nice. Fully clean. Hotel staff was friendly. We have occupied 2 rooms together for mora than 1 days. Even they allowed me late check-out with reasonable price(500 to 1000)

Rooms are very neat and clean with all working equipments. Staff is very friendly. They are always ready to help and guide. They also make the arrangements for cab and auto in very reasonable price. The quality of the food was also great.

The Hotel Nova Blu should put curtains in the shower to maintain good hygiene.

We stayed here for a couple of days and it was really nice to stay there …every thing was neat and clean and wasn’t feeling bad at all …we loved the stay and would advice other couples to stay there as well

Services are not upto mark delayed in services and bathroom toilet spray was not working properly, location is good and staff was good but services was not good

Property at a good location, free from traffic, rooms were nice and service was good, the room service person responded to your call very quickly.

Hotel rooms, air-conditioning and washrooms are decent. The behaviour of the staff is good. The cost and quality of food is reasonable. The only issue we faced was due to the guests who checked in at midnight and created a long hour of chaos.

It was a wonderful experience. Everything goes well. Food, service everything was good. Price was also good.
