Hotel Nova Inn Near Delhi Airport

Room there is no hot water available, food facility not there

Worst experience. Rooms are very small, no window, worst amenities, no attached restaurant, foods collected from street vendors, salty water. Room even does not to cost more than 1000/- I had horrible experience.

good rooms but bathroom lite bit dirty food good on average. but when booked from MMT price was different when got approved price changed this need to check

The worst property I have ever been in No hygiene is maintained in the room. even the linen in the room was having stains , and the food they served to us was stale. and even when I complained about the food he started making excuses that it's been 15 minutes that the food is in AC . as if I haven't been in Air Conditioning room before

The location was bad, full of cigarette smell, improperly dressed staff. Over all a worse experience

I mentioned 2 adult and two child 15 and 13 . option did not came of family room but pic of delux room was so confusing that I understood two bed in room and there was pic of resturent . when i reached hotel they said the room is only with double bed . i asked how can 4 people sleep ..then i paid extra 1500 to get family roo.so total 5500 for a room so small to feel safocated .dirty bed sheet pilow cover even bed sheets were kati fati. ordered food dal zera aloo ..dal was not coocked properly could not eat . resturent was nof there it was only kitchen with room service food taste was bed . i dont know what mechanisim MMT has to check and put such hotel on their platforn ???? how hotel managed user rating of 4 ????

There was no light after 3Am, there is no window in room. Bad experience . Not good service. ---------
