The rooms are just really comfortable, made my stay cozy. I booked it for 4 days with all my family member stay together very comfortably.

If you're looking for a family-friendly place at an affordable price, this hotel is a good choice. The staff here are not only professional but also fun and enjoyable

The atmosphere of the hotel was much relaxed. The staff very friendly and caring. I can recommend there it is an easygoing stay for all.

The platform is very simple to use and customer friendly. I had not faced any issue while booking my hotel. The booking and payment process were so smooth and easy.

Liked the facilities of the room. The bed was very cosy, light facility was very good, an d the space was well-facilitated. I especially loved the bathroom. It was huge and full of amenities.

The place looks awesome. It was calm, and the service was great.

The room was average and had to face some difficulties regarding washroom. The location is at a decent place near gagan chowk. Food was ok.

The sheets had lipstick stains and room had cigratte smell

We have booked room and fully paid amount before 10 days. But while checking in they asked extra money and make us helpless. They argued 1hour to allot our room but only after we paid the extra amount. If we ask any questions on why we should pay extra money they told us to call OYO customer care and that number is also very helpless.we never ever book OYO rooms

*at the time of check in receptionist had done very rude behavior and refused to check in without prior payment but after some discussions with me then i was able to check in* *night dinner was denied by him and i have taken the same by a nearby dhaba at about 11:30pm*

Location of hotel is good. Hygiene average. For safety cctv installed at hotel.

After I saw the room I did not even checked in the hotel. The hotel room was filthy and washrooms were also not properly cleaned. If possible I need my money back. I have not stayed in the hotel because of cleanliness issues. Bedsheets was having a blood stain. I could not click picture, otherwise I would have provided the same.

There are bad smell everywhere. When we entered this hotel the smell of painting was rubbish. Room is not clean and clear, it look like a dustbin. Bad smell everywhere in this room and also smell of naphthalene ball

Air-conditioned room with all basic facilities like TV, Gyser etc. In nominal budget. Wi-fi connectivity is excellent.

My stay was pleasant in the hotel. But there was noises coming outside the room of the staff there.

Ac was not working in the room.

My washroom smelling bad because of another washroom exhaust fan air at my washroom.

Overall it was a great experience. Staff behaviour was good.

Very tasty and nice food and staff very helpful and familiar.
