Hotel owner was very arrogant and disrespectful. He refused to give us breakfast which was complimentary in our booking. He refused to give us complimentary 2 hours extended checkout despite having room available which was also in our complimentary. Also he was angry at me as I had paid MMT for my booking. He was saying to go and complain to MMT, I don't care.

No breakfast No tea/coffee No complimentary drinking water No proper supply of water in bathroom Geyser not working Bathroom, bedsheet,towel are too dirty

Bad quality of room as well as bedsheet pillow and blanket. Staff are also not cooperative. Having a very bad experience

Very bad condition. In between hotel and any kind of apps have no any coordination for this tourist suffer many kind of troubles. Any apps booked rooms but hotel management don't agree with this type of rooms booking

Room was not clean and up to the standard clothes were dirty very congested not satisfied with the service breakfast was included but not provided by the hotel staff.

Firstly their call number is not reachable which they provide on google. Their staff language is also not pretty good. And the importance of things is their washroom toilet are not even clean properly and well washed. I booked this hotel for rs. 1167 through make my trip app and for some reason i have to stay one more night and i asked for extension and they charged 1500. So i cancel-led and booked another hotel near that. 2/10 rating is more than enough for this hotel

My booking is confer-med and my blance is disconnected by you but room is not provided by hotel manager he was told me room is not available in our hotel in first time my experience is very bad how can i returned my money back so i content your cus service at night but all are fail we stay at railway station becouse of your company so please return my money as soon as possible

The quality of the room is not good and the cleanliness in the bathroom is also not good and no breakfast or tea facility was provided and the tv and ac also do not work properly and the fan also runs at full speed and does not reduce.

Toilet was unclean, no manager to solve the issue, we didn’t stay there because of this issue, 3 rooms we checked all same condition

Did find the hotel's location on the gmap. It was an easy find. The hotel is located at a 1. 2 km distance from kamakhya station, so needed a tot o rikshaw to reach it.

Room was too dirty washroom was too smelly and dirty room not ready at arrival, even i was late and room was vacant

Just ok rooms are small washrooms were dirty bedsheets bedrooms were also smelling hygiene was completely missing

This is the worst hotel probably on make my trip. Rooms are smelly and dirty. Very unhygienic rooms. Gutka stains on the walls. Toilets are in an unusable condition.

The hotel people demanded extra amount to continue booking as they said that rate at which booking was done was low. Was asked either to pay or cancel booking. Had to ask for towel bed sheet etc room was clean but services were not so great.

The rooms were very dirty. Washroom was like hell it was worst than an public toilet and the bed sheets had the stains on it. That hotel is an violation of hygiene. Also my booking consisted of a breakfast which i was not provided with. Overall such an pathetic experience i had with this stay.
