The staff were very lazy and rude And the ac wasn't working at first and when we contacted the staff they were just ignoring it until we told them that return us our payment then they came and checked for the issue.

I had a very bad experience at the hotel. When we arrived, the manager informed us that no rooms were available, despite our booking, and demanded an additional ₹300. The next day, when I tried to book a room for less than ₹1000, he again claimed there were no rooms available The condition of the room, especially the washroom, was very poor. There was no proper fitting in the commode, the shower was not working, and no cleaning service was provided even after I requested it. The staff lacked basic courtesy and did not know how to behave with guests. Additionally, I was asked to take a longer route to reach the room, even though a ground floor room was available right near my car parking spot.

It's not a hotel just a guest house with No service, No amenities, Very poor location, & Worst Hygiene, Even the bed and Toilet were not clean at all. Indian Railways Toilet are better then these toilets.
