The hotel is doing fraud by asking for extra money from the customer and not being allowed to enter the room without paying extra charges money. When i asked for a water bottle they told me to do zomato. Sevice man is having very ride behaviour. Bathroom is not clean and tap was broken. I suggest not to book this hotel at any cost.

Booked a room for 3 people. At the time of check-in, they asked to ₹600 more only then will they allow to check-in. The invoice for the extra amount was also non-gst.

When we reach there they demanded for extra money already i have paid 1500 then they demanded 200 more such a cheap hotel service they don't even provided water bottle

terrible experience ever had

First property that we have booked had cancelled by their own. We have wait for almost one n half n hour for resolve the issues. Then gave us new property which was around 1 km away from previous hotel. That property was literally terrible and horrible. Rooms were pathetic and was in bad condition. Totally disappointing.

Slightly over expensive according to the stay standards

The hotel was located in the MIDC area of Turbe which is slightly isolated. The Road in front of the hotel was completely dug up and smelly. The breakfast had only two food items and were completely tasteless. I preferred street food more than the breakfast food. The room was decent with two single beds, cupboards and clean toilet. The bedsheets and blankets were also clean. Staff was polite. They had paid spa option as well. So, overall it is a decent stay but slightly overpriced according to the offerings.

It's not been linked with OYO anymore and when I went there it was midnight time and the reception guy told me that there is no room available for OYO as this property is been removed from OYO and I had to come to the decision that to pay the hotel and stay over there and despite my booking I paid the hotel and had to stay there for 1 night.
