I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. The lift was not working, and I was traveling with a heart patient. Despite this, they gave us a room on the second floor and insisted we use the stairs. This was completely unacceptable and unsafe. I can't believe they would put us in such a situation. I will never be staying here again and would not recommend this place to anyone.
