I have stayed in this property and I would say, I NEVER experienced such a terrible, third class, poor graded, awful, horrific, shocking and surprising stay and hotel ever. To start with, they denied my check in stating ‘You booked this hotel for something however it is very less. Atleast pay us 1500 in addition and then I settled for 800 + in addition to what I already paid.” Hotel condition:- Even a local level Dharamshala would have higher quality and standards in comparison to what I have seen there. Pain was removed from walls, rooms were stinking, stain droplets on bedsheets and even in bathroom, the water logging was persistent which is why there was water clogged in bathroom.

Bedsheet and all bed items were so dirty, no hot water in winter, staff and manager's attitude was very bad they were not even listening and were speaking arrogantly, towel soap and other things not given without requesting 2 3 times. No bucket and mug were available. The kept me waiting till 2 pm from 11 am for a better room. Thereafter i went to some relatives house when found it impossible. As it was not possible for me to stay there as room was very cold and there was no curtain on window and window was open

it might not be the perfect time to review the hotel but there is a huge lack in services. i have called 3 times to get an glass of warm water. and then i did complain to the owner and afterwards i got it. they did not serve me my breakfast even after i have booked a meal plan. they gave me an excuse that today chef is on leave and asked me to talk to OYO for breakfast

This is house modified into small hotel with only 2 staff and that's it nothing else.

Average and need improvement on cleanliness particularly in bathroom and shop should be provided for handwash

No breakfast provide, I book my room with breakfast plan.

Having TV but no channel is working,wifi but not working, staff is nonsense,not having any sort of toiletry. Ring a lot to staff but no response.

Great experience, but room is so congested.
